The charming home is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath that's been professionally decorated and has exotic tiger hardwood flooring throughout the home, with every detail thought of. The property is on 1 acre completely enclosed with privacy fencing. The elaborate gardens include a Koi pond complete with waterfall and babbling brook. In the evening, the outdoor landscape lighting automatically comes on at dusk, illuminating the outdoor space and pond so you're able to see the gardens and fish swimming at night. During the day watch overhead for Osprey bringing their fresh catch from the bay back to their nest in the park. The 30 acre park adjacent to the home has 2 soccer fields, 1 football field and 3 baseball fields. There is also a gazebo for picnic lunches and a brand new playground for the kids! The park has a walking / running track around the perimeter. Due to the park being adjacent to the house, there is total seclusion for entertaining or quiet time. The beach is down the street with an additional (waterfront) playground next to it. Nothing like being on a swing just feet from the water!
