The Posidonia water sports club is a 2-minute walk away for paddle surfing, windsurfing and some days of surfing.
The trendy city of Valencia is 40 minutes away by car or a good half-hour train ride from Cullera station. For the sporty types you are in Valencia in two hours by bike. You can take wonderful walks in the beautiful nature and mountains nearby. The house is also ideally located as a base for a golfing holiday.
Villa Roca has been completely renovated and newly equipped to enjoy up to 11 people.

- Bedroom 3 - 3 people - Three single beds (two beds can stand together)

Spacious terrace adjacent to dining area with frontal sea view.

Paved area as parking for three cars, parking on the side street is also possible.

The beach is cleaned daily and receives one of the five blue flags every year because of its exceptional character.
The seawater is excellent and meets the ISO 9001 standard.


On the calendar you can only indicate a week's stay (Saturday to Saturday). If you are interested in an extended weekend or ask for a different period, contact us for more information.
