You must declare the truthful amount of guests on the initial inquiry ~ NO DAY or NIGHT GUESTS, NO PARTIES or EVENTS.
The City mandated a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children, the number of adults and children may not exceed 12, and 3 cars.

All rental agreements must be signed and submitted within 7 days after receiving. Renter must agree to party/event rule deposit. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS not listed on the original inquiry.

We are pet friendly and ask all guests with pets to walk their pets on a leash to relieve themselves and not allow pets to urinate or defecate on our grass or neighbors! OC California has a mandated leash law, all animals must be on a leash when you walk them.
