Back bay and tennis court views from this seventh floor unit offering an open balcony, fully equipped kitchen, full sized bathroom with tub and shower, updated appliances and a custom built divider wall with built in TV in the bedroom area. New flat screen HDTV in the living room with a separate TV in the bedroom. Completely tiled throughout, no carpet. King sized bed plus sleeper sofa in the living room.

ONE DOG ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND $250 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. (This fee may be added after booking if not included in the quote.) There is a STRICT no smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
