The first thing you’ll notice on your way to the property is the beauty of the Nebrodi nature reserve, whose limit is right on the side of the road that leads to the villa, seamlessly embedded in the surrounding environment.

A verdant garden encloses the house and hosts an elegant infinity pool with a view on the coastline and the sea, the same view you’ll get from the patio, right out the door. The patio is a perfect spot to enjoy the warm mornings and the pleasant nights of Sicily, it has been furnished with high quality outdoor decor including couches, table and chairs.

The whole outdoor area though contributes to make of Villa Sunrise a true dream Sicily villa, thanks to the wide park that surrounds the house, and of course thanks to the astonishing panorama of the sea on one side, and the hills of the nature reserve on the other. The location of the villa will also provide you all the privacy you need, without giving up the comfort of being just a few minutes away from the beach.

The estate is located in the countryside of Capo d’Orlando, immersed in the verdant hills near the Nebrodi nature reserve, and yet within a short drive from the beach. From the property you can reach in a short drive Milazzo, port of departure of the ferries to the Aeolian islands. You can plan day trips to some of the islands or spend a few days for a complete tour.

The coast between Capo d’Orlando is full of beautiful beaches, you’ll surely drive by the beach of Capo d’Orlando itself, but Brolo, Testa di Monaco and San Gregorio beach all are worth a visit. The beach of Oliveri and its little “lakes” are something unusual: located inside the small nature reserve of Laghetti di Marineo e Oliveri, this peculiar beach hides small lakes of saltwater near the shore.

Villa Sunrise is also located in a perfect spot for a tour of Northeastern Sicily: the surroundings are full of charming little hamlets, such as San Marco d’Alunzio. Pay also a visit to the sanctuary of Tindari, that offers a breathtaking view.

A verdant garden encloses the house and houses an elegant infinity pool with views of the coast and the sea, the same view you have from the patio right outside your door. The villa's location will also give you all the privacy you need, without sacrificing the comfort of being just a few minutes from the beach. But let's go inside. The first thing you'll notice is the quality of the finish, and the bright light coming in through the large French doors. On the ground floor you will find the living area, with a large living room adorned with a beautiful fireplace, and a dining area right next to the fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a study, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Going up the stairs to the first floor you will find two more bedrooms: the double bedroom, with direct access to the terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic sea view, and another double bedroom overlooking the garden. On the same floor there is a second bathroom with bathtub.

Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 5,00 per person per night up to a 10 night stay. Children up to 14 years, adults over 75 years of age old don’t pay (service obligatory)
