The apartment is located in Quinta do Lago, within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a protected area covering approximately 18,400 hectares, featuring lagoons, wetlands, barrier island systems, and abundant vegetation to enjoy.<br><br>The Ria Formosa is a very important nesting area, both for migratory and wintering birds, used by numerous species of waterfowl and characterized by the presence of populations of extremely rare or endangered species.<br><br><br>The apartment includes one (1) bedroom with two (2) beds, each 95 cm wide, a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, two bathrooms, and two terraces.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, and is fully stocked with all necessary kitchenware. <br><br>The apartment features a large shared swimming pool with a children’s pool, as well as a poolside snack bar (open from April through September) where you can enjoy affordable meals. There are also two tennis courts, and just a few minutes away you’ll find ATMs, a post office, supermarkets, a medical center, and shops (a 5-minute drive). <br><br>There are three golf courses very close to the apartment:<br><br>- Quinta do Lago Norte. An 18-hole course, par 72, winding through sandy terrain covered with pine trees, heather, and wildflowers. It’s a highly technical course that demands great precision.<br><br>- Quinta do Lago Sur. It’s located within the Ria Formosa Natural Park. This course is one of the best in the Algarve; it features plenty of water and vegetation, so it requires precise shots. It has traditionally hosted the Portuguese Open.<br><br>- San Lorenzo Golf Course.
