The spacious great room features soaring ceilings and a pellet stove fireplace, creating the perfect space to gather. The kitchen includes a large island with bar seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks—while the adjacent deck invites you to fire up the BBQ (seasonal availability) and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The upper level hosts the main living area along with the primary bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed. Downstairs, two additional queen bedrooms offer restful retreats, along with a well-appointed bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi tub. A two-car garage and large driveway provide convenient parking.

Adventure is right outside your door. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, with the West Shore bike path just one block away, connecting you along Highway 89 to Tahoe City and beyond. Sugar Pine Point State Park and the sandy shores of Chambers Landing Beach are within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes on foot).

All vehicles must park in the driveway (no street parking per county ordinance)
During winter months, be prepared for mountain driving conditions. AWD or 4WD vehicles with snow tires or chains may be required. Please check weather and road conditions prior to travel.

- No pets allowed
- BBQ and outdoor furniture use not guaranteed during winter months
- This home does not have air conditioning (fans are provided)
- Exterior security cameras are present for guest safety. Cameras are outward-facing only and record video and audio continuously during guest stays.
