Hosting three bedrooms; a ground floor king-size, and two first floor twin rooms, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a sitting room with a dining area. Only a five-minute walk to the centre of Llangollen, and embracing views of the river and park, Waterloo 2 is a delightful retreat in an inspiring part of Wales.

Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Several steps inside the cottage between rooms, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Some road noise may be heard however this is generally minimal. Note: Entrance door opens up onto a small walkway by the road. Note: Care is required when entering or exiting the property as they are situated on a road there could be passing traffic. Note: This property does not allow cats.
