This air conditioned home is situated on the Rio de Flag and the Urban Trail System. The Urban Trail provides an easy, 1 mile walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown Flagstaff, restaurants, breweries, shopping, boutiques and art galleries. We are 1 hour south of the Grand Canyon, 2 miles north of Northern Arizona University and 7 miles north of Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. The ski resort is a 20 minute drive, north. One does not need to look far for beautiful scenery. Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am

Our stay was great! The house is cute and in a great location. This is one of the best stocked kitchens I've had in a rental. Providing oils and seasonings, plus the coffee and creamer, is so helpful. Bobbi was also a great host. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for my family

This home is an excellent location- near trails and parks. It had everything we could have needed and was warm and inviting. Will definitely make this my first choice for travel to Flagstaff!

Absolute perfection!

5 star from start to end! Bobbi has thought of every detail to make your stay wonderful and care free. Fit my family of three couples perfectly. Everything is so comfortable and well appointed. Walking distance from town is a real plus! Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great view of the stars. Stunning home with everything you could imagine! Love the welcome snacks!

New Years Eve Stay 2024

Our family and dog enjoyed this very clean well-appointed home very close to downtown and snow bowl. Bobbi thought of everything as the home was nicely furnished with high quality bedding and towels for all. We also used the great patio and BBQ one evening although the weather was cold. There is also a great trail system just around the corner for great walks with the dog. All amenities were provided for with great attention to detail. Would highly recommend and stay again! Thanks Ed

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

This was possibly the best VRBO home we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate. The decor is adorable. Anything you could possibly think of needing while on vacation it is in this home. The renters have thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen. Fully stocked bathrooms. It was perfect. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your home. 💗🏠

Perfect Property!

We often travel with our dog and prefer VRBO over hotels and this is hands down the best appointed property we have encountered. Everything is thought through and provided. The property is immaculate, updated, comfortable and super cute. Bobbi the host was terrific with communication and recommendations. We look forward to coming back!

Fantastic property

This was a wonderful property and we found the location to be very convenient for exploring downtown Flagstaff and for accessing Snowbowl. The property was clean and well appointed. There was nothing the host didn’t think of and there were lots of little extras like toiletries, coffee, snacks and even treats for our pups. The beds were very comfortable. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs and everyone was impressed with the accommodations. Bobbi was very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to stay again sometime soon. Would highly recommend.

4th of July in Flagstaff

We had a great stay and found the location and the accommodations comfortable. Updated kitchen, bathroom & beds. Bobbi was a great host and great to work with. Loved the patio for our dog and the urban trail. The best in Flagstaff.

Delightful Flagstaff Getaway Close To Downtown

The first thing you notice when you enter the property is the attention to detail. The owners have gone out of their way to provide a comfortable accommodation with many extras such as a newly updated kitchen, comfortable patio with gas grill, and newly updated bathrooms. The property sparkles and the hosts are readily available to answer questions and respond to issues. Our two small dogs enjoyed walks on the nearby trail. The pictures in the listing are accurate and the hosts provide unexpected extras such as Kurig coffee, snacks, games, and bathroom essentials. I hope to be back soon.

The title says it all!

Bobbi tags her house as "Charming Home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood." This says it all! This is a really fun house both inside and out. The private, completely fenced patio is perfect for afternoon happy hour and we appreciated that our young kids could play in complete safety. Bobbi is an absolute fantastic host and we were pleasantly surprised by touches such as the coffee bar and snacks. This was a fantastic VRBO experience for us!

Great Location near Downtown Flagstaff

Great location only 1 mile from downtown Flagstaff. Our family of four and dog had a great time in this quiet neighborhood near downtown. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner each night after exploring various hiking trails within a short drive during the day.

Welcome to Flagstaff...and relax!

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We used the house as a home base to go to the Nordic center for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. A visit to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon for a sunset view was unforgettable. Our return to the the house was very nice as we settled in for a movie on the beautiful tv. The kitchen was supplied and the whirlpool tub was also enjoyed. Thanks for thinking of everything!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Flagstaff. Everything was perfect upon arrival and we really appreciated all the extras that made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, cozy, welcoming

We arrived to fresh flowers, cookies and muffins. There was even some fresh fruit and a few frozen food items for breakfast available. The home was clean and everything we needed was there. Plenty of towels were provided and there was detergent available in case laundry needed to be done. Will keep this on my short list for future visits.

Lovely home in great location

We had a great stay in this home over the 4th of July holiday. We had three adults and a teenager with plenty of space. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The house is cozy and has great character. There was a nice walking trail near the house. It was in a great location close to hiking, snowbowl, downtown area, and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to add additional seating in the family area. Maybe a reclining chair. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cute House in Quiet Neighborhood

We came up for a charity bike ride and enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The beds were very comfortable and nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the nice touches were the pastries, coffee, and cookies! Thanks for such an enjoyable weekend!

Cozy, Clean Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was clean, well appointed and had all the amenities needed, and then some. Our stay was enhanced by the many personal touches from the owner - the lights were on when we arrived, there were muffins, cookies and fruit, along with other food items available to us. We will definatley be back!

great location near town in quiet neighborhood

This house was recently remodeled. We got to bring our 8 yr old golden retriever with us which was really important to us. She's a part of our family. Upon our arrival we were greeted with pastries, bananas and even a treat for our dog! What a special touch! Bobbi answered questions quickly. The house had everything you needed to make your stay more comfortable. We were a family of 4 plus one dog and had plenty of room. Loved the location near downtown. Everything seemed about 5 min away. A small park was just a small walk down the street for our dog. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, stylish stay

Everything was perfect. Chocolate chip cookies and croissants awaited us. Comfortable, ample bedrooms and plenty of space for us and or grandchildren. Perfect location , spotlessly clean and organized!

Charming is the perfect description for this home. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is totally stocked with any appliance, utensil needed. Plenty of bath towels. Loved the welcome treats! Thank you for opening up your home.

AMAZING!

From the minute we pulled up to the house and saw the fresh flowers through the door, to the fresh cookies and dog biscuits waiting on the counter we were hooked. The home was exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable. This beautiful home was stocked with everything from a Keurig coffee machine, iron, crayons and tons of cozy blankets. We can't wait to return to this house!

A lovely respite in the woods!

What a lovely home this is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean, nice linens throughout and many personal touches to make our short stay wonderful. The muffins, coffee, juice and fruit were such a lovely surprise. Bobbi was very responsive to any questions and encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything during our stay. We didn't because she had thought of everything! My husband and teenagers can't wait to return! This is a gem!

Very homey! A great place to stay.

The house was very cozy and homey. The owners had left fresh cookies and croissants for us for when we arrived! There are board games to play, coffee, and even breakfast food in the freezer. The owners really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. It is very close to downtown Flagstaff and within close driving distance of the Lava Tubes and Snowbowl. The price is reasonable. There is wifi and cable tv. I wish the pinball machine was working! Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!
