This house is the perfect location in Flagstaff whether you're doing some local sight-seeing or traveling to nearby must sees, such as the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, Jerome, or Williams. It's just a short walk to the main Downtown area of Flagstaff which boasts many bars, restaurants, art galleries and shopping. The home is located right off of Fort Valley Road (Highway 180), which is designated as the San Francisco Peaks Scenic Road. This will take you to the entrance of Snow Bowl Road in just 6 miles, so you don't have far to travel if you're looking to hike one of the many urban trails in the summer, take in the changing colors of the leaves in the fall, or ski/snowboard in the winter months. Keep going another 70 miles and you'll soon be at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, just about an hour and 20-minute drive.

It includes a fully outfitted kitchen with appliances, 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each room, and 2 full bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom have large Smart TVs with access to all your favorite streaming apps to enjoy your downtime while on vacation. Full laundry room amenities are available. The inviting, newly landscaped yard has patio furniture and a propane gas BBQ grill for family/friend gatherings and a built-in horseshoe pit for entertainment. The house was amazing ! The kitchen was fully equipped and there were multiple tv’s, the house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! The location was central to everything we wanted to do.. we checked off several items from our bucket list and enjoyed our stay while we celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary.. Thank you Angie!

I and my two adult children attended the Pickin’ in the Pines Bluegrass Festival at Fort Tutthill Park! The lovely VRBO rental was just 5-6 miles from the festival! The unit was neat, clean and comfortable! There was a lovely outdoor patio with a table and grill! In addition, Angie’s rental was located across the street from a Bashas grocery! Everything was first class!!

Beautiful Home

My husband, family and I came in for a concert at Pepsi Amphitheatre and this home was a perfect fit for us! Angie was a wonderful host amd had all we needed.

We were there for two nights. Property was very clean. Kitchen and bedroom floors were uneven. Not enough washcloths. Property was advertised for 6 persons but were charged an additional 100.00 up charge for more than four persons. We feel this was excessive for a two night stay.

Perfect Location!

Me and my two friends enjoyed our time. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk downtown. Having a grocery store and gas station across the street is very helpful. The house is setup nicely and had everything we needed to cook a nice meal one night. Even though it is close to the road, we did not hear hardly any road noise the entire time. I had a side by side utv with me and the driveway was large enough for me to pull in and keep my trailer attached to my truck.I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for the family

It was so clean and pretty. We really enjoyed having our family stay for our daughters graduation. A really nice outdoor area to cookout. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great stat in Flagstaff

I brought my Dad to Flagstaff to take him to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is in a great location and had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. My Dad loved the house and mentioned it often. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Would stay here again!

What a great spot.

This house is fantastic. All the bedrooms were comfy and clean. Both bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It also has plenty of space. Another great feature was that the master was separate from the other bedrooms, which is nice. The grill looked nice, however we didn't use it. The kitchen is also well stocked. The house is on the corner of a semi busy street in a quant neighborhood. But is has a nice fence and we didn't even notice the cars going by at all. Angie was super communicative and very friendly. We are planning a Grand Canyon trip in 2026 and will be staying here again hopefully. We highly recommend this house!

Day-Tripping

I have mobility issues, and the layout of home was perfect for getting around, especially the bath featuring walk-in shower. Perfect location for trips to Grand Canyon's South Rim, Sedona, and experiencing Flagstaff's Lowell Observatory and route 66.

Great location & Fantastic Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was so easy to work with and communications were A! On a main road (89A) that gets you straight up to the SnoBowl or Grand Canyon. We were surprised how quiet it was and street noise was not an issue. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and located at the back of the house away from the street. Wifi was quick and the host provided lots of local information. The kitchen/livingroom area is huge with lots of space for families. There's a great coffee shop around the corner. Fat Olives was amazing and worth the drive and wait! I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Flagstaff.

Great Place close to downtown

The property was clean and modern. Everything was great about my stay (7 Days).The front yard area was nicely put together and landscaped.The decor made it feel like a home and was very inviting, but not overboard.This house is about a stones throw away from downtown.One thing that sets this house apart from others is all the small things that the host thought about. Dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, full array of dishes and cooking utensils and paper towels to name a few.The host had the check in process dialed in well Any questions I had, the host had already thought about and put in the guest book.For what the property offered, the nightly price was extremely reasonable. To be able to stay here, have a good experience and not break the bank was fantastic.Next time I need a short term rental, this one is top on my list. 5 stars!

Great Home

Very clean, great floor layout, and such a convenient location. We had everything we needed! We were out and about most days, but had an afternoon and evening to just lay around and play games and watch movies in the house and we were perfectly comfortable. Our boys loved going out to play horseshoes during downtime. Checking in and out was a breeze, plenty of parking in the driveway. If you’re headed to this area, this is a great place to stay!

Flagstaff skiing

This was a great property was clean and well supplied and a great location. I did see reviews about the busy road and that wasn’t really and problem for us. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The host was nice and even turned lights and heater on for us prior to a later arrival. We when skiing at snowball and this was the perfect location and place to be.

Perfect!

Everything was great! This was perhaps the cleanest home we have ever stayed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was amazing. Myself, my husband and 3 teens were comfortable preparing for our daily adventures, cooking and having a meal at the house and staying in for a movie night. Super accommodating in every way! I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

You're a 5-10 minute walk from the bustling downtown area that has food, entertainment, and great local shops/galleries on every corner. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the NAU campus and is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood in Flagstaff.
