This open plan apartment next to Barceloneta Beach and just a few minutes from the Gothic Quarter and the Ramblas is ideal for couples or small families who want to combine leisure, sun and tourism. It has twin beds, a double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a spacious balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has all the utensils needed to make your stay more comfortable. It is on the 5th floor and there is no lift.

Barceloneta Beach IV is located close to Barceloneta Beach, in La Barceloneta, the traditional fishing and seafaring neighbourhood, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port, with over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the new leisure zone, which, together with its more than 4 km of beaches, offers the possibility of enjoying all kinds of water sports.

With a train station, a metro station and several bus stops nearby, it is easy to move around the city and visit other places of tourist interest, such as the Ramblas, the Sacred Family, Güell Park, etc

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price
