Descripción apartamento:
The loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and a sofa.

The apartment is in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.

A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

I really enjoyed staying in the house. It was very clean and conveniently located near many places in the city. It’s close to the bus station, the old town, as well as restaurants and places to eat. The only thing I would like to mention is that it would be nice if plastic sandals/slippers were provided to wear inside the house, as that would be very useful.

Wonderful location in El Born with a great bakery around the corner. Although small it was very clean, modern with plenty of storage space, well equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. Had the hottest water and great water pressure in the shower!! Cleaning service changed sheets and towels weekly. It was quiet, very secure and the manager (Renato) was very responsive to any questions we had. I have stayed at more than 50+ apartments all over the world and this was one of the top ones.

Very cool location

Exactly as pictured. Located in a very cool location. The beds were ok, not great. Would have liked more pillows, but that's a minor issue. Nice to have a kitchen, and again, the location is very cool. Right in the middle of lots of places to eat, bars, and shops. I would stay there again

Great location

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. A perfect place for the two of us. It was a great location and the reservation process was wonderful. We arrived after midnight and our Uber driver had difficulty finding the place and wasn't sure where to drop us off. Other than the challenge to find the apartment in the dark, everything was exactly as shown in the photos and the description provided. I would definitely come back to the Gothic Quarter again and stay here.

Apartment met minimal requirements in a soulless way. One significant problem: wifi was unreliable - went out each evening. Very small apartment, with layout designed apparently by someone who never traveled and therefore was unaware of how nice it is to have adequate shelving in the bathroom or stands for luggage. One good thing - adequate electrical outlets in sleeping and living areas!

Un appartement très bien situé, à la fois dans un quartier central et dans une rue calme. Appartement propre, il faut seulement savoir que la chambre n'a pas de porte et qu'il n'y a donc pas de séparation réelle entre la pièce principale et la chambre.
