160m² apartment in a beautiful chalet for rent for a big family or friends. Ideal for 8 to 10 people. The house is composed of two apartments. We occupy the ground floor

Private access to the pool, petanque and a large part of the garden. The house is on a slope, the first floor overlooks the garden. Direct access to the pool from the East terrace.
1st floor and 2nd floor: Apartment of 160m ² composed of 4 bedrooms, kitchen open to a large living room 80m ² bright and full of charm, with mountain views. + 2 terraces
1st floor: Number of rooms: 4 surface approximately 110m²
A large living room of 80 m² including:
• A dining room open to the living room, the balcony and a wooden terrace
• A living room open on the terrace (expo east / south) with TV screen 107cm.
• A desk with WIFI access
An open kitchen including induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and all cooking utensils.
Bedroom 1 (10m²) with a 140cm bed and storage
A shower room with sink, toilet and washing machine
    (Extending, iron, ironing board)

On the 2nd floor (about 50m²): 3 bedrooms and a bathroom

• Bedroom 5 (8m²) with 1 double bed 140cm, and storage space
• Bedroom 6 (20m²) with 1 double bed 160cm and storage, balcony view mountains + possibility to add an extra bed and / or a BB bed
• Bathroom with sink, W. C, bathtub
Sheets, bath mats, towels and tea towels are provided.


In the garden, lie by the pool while children enjoy swings or trampoline. For older children, a ping pong table and a petanque are at your disposal. For bike rides, the bike path along the lake is only 800m, as are the shops.
Two wooden terraces surround the house and allow you to enjoy the sun late at night. The must: breakfast sunrise on the mountains or barbecue evening in front of the sunset on the mountains!
If the pool is not enough, join the beach of the village ideally located on Lake Annecy.
