The stunning sea views from this villa are fabulous!



On the ground floor you'll find the large living/dining room with double sofabed and open fully equipped kitchen.

Direct access via sliding doors to the terrace with exterior dining area and BBQ.

Private pool with waterfall. Enjoy the panoramic views while sunbathing or relaxing on the porche!



On this floor there's one double bedroom (double bed) with direct access to the terrace.

One bathroom with shower.



On the first floor there's a double bedroom with double bed and again the amazing sea view! Ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath tub and separate shower.

Another double bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

This was the second time we stayed in Villa Vistamar and again we enjoyed it to the max: the house, the pool and the stunning view!!! Everything was really perfect. We truly recommend Villa Vistamar AND Coastal villas

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The house is exceptionally well maintained, very clean, and offers breathtaking views over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea. The location is absolutely stunning. Since the villa is situated high on the hillside, be prepared for a winding drive up the mountain—but the spectacular view is more than worth it. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything you need for cooking, including plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. One thing future guests should know is that, as is common in many holiday rentals, there are no basic groceries provided. You will need to bring or buy essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, garbage bags, and additional toilet paper after the initial roll. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The pool was professionally maintained during our stay, and the gardener also came by once, which kept the property looking beautiful. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and just before our departure, we even received a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a very thoughtful gesture. A washing machine and dryer were also available, making longer stays very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! * The shelf in the bedroom with the two single beds was already loose when we arrived and should be repaired. * The curtains throughout the house could use a wash. * We also noticed that some of the extra pillows stored in the cupboard (which we used for the sofa bed) had visible sweat stains and should be washed before the next guests.

The house, the nice view and the service provided. The extractor hood in the kitchen is extreemly low. So you can easy hit your head. Parking at the house is very dificult, but you can park on the road.

Buchung, Kommunikation, Zustand der Villa, alles Perfekt! Wir (2 Personen 1 Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herrlicher Ausblick von den 3 Terrassen, schöner Wohn-/Küchenraum, gepflegtes Anwesen, toller Pool. Vielen Dank! Bringt man einen Hund, sollte man wissen, dass man ein wenig aufpassen muss, die Begrenzung zur Straße ist nur durch Höhenunterschied gegeben (ca. 1,5 bis 2 m), ein mutiger oder großer Hund mit kann da eventuell weglaufen.

Alles, was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht.

Alles, was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Das Haus liegt oberhalb der lebendigen Stadt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel direkt am Wald. Genial für lange Spaziergänge und anspruchsvolle Wanderungen. Die Entfernung zur Stadt ist überschaubar, aber durch die zu überwindenden Höhenmeter nicht ohne Anspruch. Runter zum Strand haben wir (Senioren) es in 30 Minuten geschafft, der Rückweg hat immer so um die 40 Minuten gedauert. Die Kinder waren aufwärts deutlich schneller als wir abwärts. Der Blick über den Pool auf das Meer ist einfach nur spektakulär. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem Ausblick war eines der Highlights unseres Urlaubs. Das Haus und die Terrasse sind in einem perfekten Zustand. Die gemeldeten zerbrochenen Fliesen sind wohl ausgewechselt worden. Der Fernsehempfang ist scheinbar auch verbessert worden und bietet in x-Sprachen eine ausreichende Programmauswahl. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind in der Garage, auf dem Grundstück und vor dem Haus vorhanden. Absolut ungewöhnlich, die Musikanlage ist extrem fein und weit über dem Standard. Großartiger Platz zum entspannten Urlaub machen.

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr schön. Durch die Nähe zum Waldgebiet kann man sehr schön spazieren gehen. Gerade mit einem Hund perfekt. Leider gibt es keinen Gasgrill vor Ort. In den Sommermonaten sind offene Feuer und auch das grillen mit Kohle aufgrund der Waldbrände verboten.

Lovely views, we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed staying a week in Villa Vistamar. The house is located a the top of a steep hill and has very nice views. The living room and kitchen area is very spacious. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the 1st floor as well. You can open the windows and enter the 1st floor terrace from here. Unfortunately there’s no furniture here to sit and relax a bit. A lounge set would have been nice to have in addition to furniture on the terrace by the pool: sunloungers and a table with chairs to eat outside. The pool is well maintained and clean but there seems to be something off with the products used. It made white swimwear turn yellow. To summarise: + very spacious + very nice views + nice pool - a lounge set would have been nice

…schöne in die Jahre gekommene Villa mit Wahnsinns Ausblick

Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr gut. Schnelle Antwort - Pool Beleuchtung funktionierte nicht, kam sofort ein Arbeiter und reparierte das Licht. Was allerdings nicht schön ist, das am Tag vor der Abreise morgens um 7:15 zwei Gärtner rund um die Villa mit Laubsaugern die Nadeln der Pinien Bäume entfernen. Sowie die Zeit als auch das einfache Eintreten ins Grundstück geht nicht. Dies könnte man auch am Abreisetag erledigen. Anfahrt zur Villa sehr kurvig und sehr weit am Berg, deshalb auch die super schöne Aussicht. Ansonsten war es win super toller Urlaub. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

Großzügige Kücheneinrichtung. Die herrliche Aussicht bereits beim Aufstehen genießen. Nette Nachbarn. Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, also sehr ruhig und nicht weit bis zum nahegelegenen Wald mit schönen Wander- bzw. Gassistrecken. Leider nur spanische Fernsehprogramme, man kann die Abende aber auch anders genießen. Blue-Ray-Player zwar vorhanden, aber kein HDMI-Kabel (selber mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen)

La villa est idealement situee dans un quartier tres calme. La vue est magnifique a 360° L'espace est grand et la literie tres confortable. Nous avons particulierement apprecie la gestion et la communication avec CostaVilla. 3 choses nous ont manque/gene : - Un manque criant d'accessoires divers de la part du proprietaire (pas d'aspirateur au depart, pas d'epuisette pour nettoyer la piscine, aucun jeu pour la piscine... - Pas de parking (reserve au proprietaire) et un portail exterieur qui ne ferme pas (securite) - Un vis a vis cote piscine tres genant !! Les voisin int une petite terrasse qui surplombe la piscine et ils vous regardent nager, tres genant voire penible. Sinon, a recommender car la Vila a l'un des plus beaux emplacements de la zone.
