The Villa comprises 2 independent apartments equipped with air conditioning and a characteristic Apulian trullo.
The first apartment, for 6 people, is located on the first floor and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The entrance opens with a bright living room from the warm tones that it creates an only environment with the dining room and the large kitchen, equipped with all the appliances including dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and, coffee machine. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom, an additional toilet with shower is located near the sleeping area.
The veranda is reached via the living room, which is furnished with tables and sofas: through its sliding windows guests will enjoy a lovely view over the pool and garden and to make the most of this area of the house as a dining area.
The second apartment for 5 people, comprises 1 double bedroom, 1 double bed with a single bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and, coffee machine and, a wonderful veranda .
Only 10m (10,93 yds) away from the main villa, there is Trullo Matthias, a typical Apulian house dating back to 1823, which has been refurbished to high standards, respecting its traditional Apulian character and architectural features. Trullo Matthias is a picturesque dependance for 4 people with 2 communicating bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a dining room, a comfortable and cozy living room with a double sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. There is also a kitchen on the outside patio, which is fully furnished with all the appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and, coffee machine.The limestone nature of the local stones makes the building cool and airy.

The property has a private entrance with automatic gate, private parking area,
and it is totally enclosed. It is a green oasis with a large garden of 8000 sqm (1,97 acres) to be enjoyed where the guest can spend endless moments of relax in the different areas of the garden all equipped with chairs, tables, lawn couches, and barbecue.
In the spacious garden, in absolute harmony with the surrounding nature, there are 2 private pools, parasols, sunbeds, deck–chairs, and an outdoor shower. The larger pool is 15m x 7m (49ft x 23ft) with a maximum depth of 2,90m (9. 51ft); the other adjacent heated pool is 6mt x 3mt (19.68 ft x 9.84ft) and 0.80 mt (2.62ft) deep .
The Villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden whose trees and plants offer a scenery of rare beauty.
