Hook Cottage is a lovely ground floor cottage located in Looe, Cornwall. All rooms are on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms: one King Size double and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a private garden area with furniture, as well as large shared gardens. Hook Cottage is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Cot and highchair provided. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355 and 987239 together they can sleep fourteen people. Logs are provided on arrival. Guests can purchase logs to be used in the outside charcoal BBQ at £5 per load, or coal can be purchased from the village shops. Note: There is an active beehive within the owners own private garden, which is well away from guests. Please take precautions if you suffer severe allergies to bees. Note: There are no EV charging points at the property, so the charging of electric vehicles is prohibited. Note: Two well behaved dogs welcome, (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Note: Sorry no smoking in the cottage or the grounds. Note: The owner runs Yoga and Art classes on site for guests staying in the cottage, to book a place during your stay you will need to contact the owner directly. Note: Care must be taken with children, the infirm and dogs in the grounds as there are open ponds and uneven ground.
