Lovely stay in La Spezia

Beautiful property atop the hillside overlooking the city and the mountains beyond. Super clean and spacious, wonderful host, and amenities like a jacuzzi and foosball made for great family fun.

Lisa and her group were wonderful guests. They treated our home with great respect, left everything clean and tidy, and communicated well throughout their stay. We would happily host them again anytime! Perfect 5 stars Guests

Great sea view on Gulf of Poets

I and my friends had an amazing time here. The apartments were beautiful, clean and near to La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Host was very kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Amazing property and host

The property is absolutely amazing. The view is beautiful. It’s tucked away on the mountain and very private. Our host Paulo couldn’t have been more accommodating. He and Beatrice went out of their way to make our stay special. I suggest to anyone with a large group going to Cinque Terre to stay in la Spezia with Paolo at the Villa. It was absolutely breathtaking!

Awesome view from the balconies, we enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets.

Nice villa with incredible amount of bedrooms. Some of the bathrooms were small but functional. The villa was hard to find at first and you have to have a car or get a taxi, certainly not walkable to the town or train station. The view in the evening was breath taking. We had a group of 11 people and we all enjoyed our stay.

It was my pleasure hosting Josephine and her group of friends. She respected my house rules, communication ran smoothly, and most importantly, she was super friendly! I highly recommend her as a guest and would gladly host her again.

Limited reasonable transportation options

Amazing view and property!! Our group of 11 stayed comfortably here and enjoyed the view overlooking LaSpezia. Only challenge was transportation down the hill. Taxi was available at €35-40 per ride. Bus line runs right by but very limited times between 11:00-18:00

I loved having LORI and his group of friends! They were great with corresponding the purpose of their trip, they treated my place like their own, and most importantly, they are such warm people. Smooth sailing from the get-go. I hope to have the opportunity to host them again and any host would be lucky to have them!

Beautiful location

The apartments have a fantastic view over La Spezia. A car is essential for a trip here! We very much enjoyed our stay although there were some niggles. We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children and found the kitchens lacking in space (downstairs) and facilities for such a large group to prepare food. That said, the bedrooms are all a decent size with clean bathrooms. The property manager was fantastic and helped us with our queries at the start of the trip, and helped reunite us with a lost, cherished teddy!

Perfect for family vacation!

Paulo and his girlfriend were wonderful hosts. The house was just what we were looking for in terms of space for my family which was 7 adults and 2 children. We wanted close access to Cinque Terre but didnt want to be in the city of La Spezia. The view overlooking the city and of the mountains was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the seclusion up in the mountains where it was quiet and offered nice wild flower hikes. We found having rental cars was useful as the bus (large van) doesnt run very often, but we did see it pass by in the morning, mid day, and evening. We drove down to the train station for parking and easy access to the villages. Highly recommend!

Eine schöne Villa über den Bergen von La Spezia

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Apt. Belvedere. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für eine größere Gruppe. Wir haben von hier aus Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre und Pisa unternommen. Für die Unterbringung der einzelnen Personen in der Wohnung wäre für die Zukunft ein Grundriss der Wohnung sehr praktisch.
