This is a custom built 2 story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home right on the bluff of Lookout Mountain, GA. Relax while enjoying the view and unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the sun set !

This is the perfect location to catch up with your family and relax with friends. This is not a party house. This home is located close to Rock City (7 M), Ruby Falls (7 M), Cloudland Canyon State Park (10 M) and the largest hang gliding park (1 M). Chattanooga and all it has to offer is only 14 miles away.

Sleeps 6 comfortably all on beds. Also an air mattress is here if you need it. The Sleeping Layout: King on the 1st floor . This master has a tv , black out blinds and an attached bathroom with a stand up shower, garden tub and heated floors. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with a tv and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with a tv. Bedroom 2 and 3 are both upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom has a tub / shower combo. There are 2 balconies . One on each floor showcasing the bluff view. You can see all the way across the valley to the mountain on the other side . All bedrooms and the living room have locking doors directly accessing the balconies. The kitchen table seats 6. The counter has 3 bar stools and the dining table on the balcony seats 6. There is a gas grill available. You can park one of your cars in the single car garage
