Charming cottage with your own covered boat dock with boat slip and jet ski port. Modern open Kitchen & Great Room. Large covered deck accessed directly from Kitchen/Great Room with great view of woods and lake. Plenty of room to spread out with kitchen, back deck, and family room upstairs. Movie room downstairs with leather reclining movie chairs and large screen TV plus enjoy playing shuffleboard game while watching your favorite sports event or a movie. Or step out to the lower deck and relax in the Jacuzzi Brand Hot Tub.

Amenities include covered single boat dock with covered Jet Ski Ramp/Port. Easy and short walk to lake with deck close to lake. 2 Kayaks are located on the dock for your enjoyment.

Master Queen Bedroom with adjoining bathroom on main level. 2nd Queen Bedroom with adjoining bathroom also on main level. Large King bedroom on lower level along with a bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bunkbed. 3rd full Bathroom is on lower level and a half bathroom is located on the main level for a total of 3-1/2 bathrooms.
Home and Location are perfect for a vacation with all of the fun things associated with the lake, Jet Skiing, Tubing, Knee Boarding, Skiing, and Fishing or great to hang out in the water at the dock. Plus you can relax in the hot tub or travel by water to one of 3 restaurants and marinas that are very close.

Jack Daniels Distillery and historic Lynchburg is only about a 15 minute drive.

Hiking trails at Tim's Ford State Park, Sewanee and Monteagle Mountain.

Bigfoot Adventure Zipline is a short drive away in Tracy City. Bring your own boat or rent one:

This is a beautiful property! The owner (Ken) was so nice to reach out to us the first day of our stay to makes sure everything was going well. We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday here. Everyone was in perfect working order, the amenities were great, and the kitchen well stocked. We definitely recommend this home, and are hoping we can return in the future!

Lake Day Stay Just Right

We had a fantastic stay at this absolutely beautiful house on Tims Ford! The place was exactly as described. We appreciate the thoughtful touches like board games and extra blankets / throws. We brought our boat with us and enjoyed eating dinner at a different lakeside restaurant every night during our trip. The boat launch was very conveniently located. Our host, Ken, was responsive and friendly. The check-in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful Cottage on the Lake

We stepped into a little slice of heaven when we arrived at the lake cottage. It was beautiful and serene with the turning trees of fall and cool weather. The cottage was beautiful with lake decor and plenty of room and activities for a larger family.

Awesome Place Right on the Lake

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and Ken was so responsive and attentive to any questions we had. The house was so very clean and easy to enjoy. Our group included a few kids and they had a blast and love the home theater room.

Fall family vacation

Our family has been coming to this home for our fall retreat for several years. We can count on it being very clean every time we come. And up to now we have not been disappointed. There is plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they want. The football buffs love the big screen in the theater. The steps to the boat dock are very long and difficult for our 82 year old mom/grandmother but the dock at the dam is very close and easy. We will be back next fall if our family doesn’t grow. We love it here.

Loved it

The house has been remodeled with beauty, function and style. It's very clean and comfortable with lots of room for a big family. The kitchen is well stocked, the towels fluffy and plentiful, with TVs everywhere and conveniently on cable with no streaming required but also available. The dock and patios are all great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing lake vacation

This is the second year our family has rented this beautiful home. We love everything about this place! Ken is always so accommodating. The kitchen is nice and big and it’s easy to cook for the family. We love the porch for our morning coffee. We spent hours swimming and fishing off the dock. We can’t wait until we can come again!

Great getaway!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house comfortably accommodated our group (8 adults and 1child) and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend staying there.

Amazing House

Very wonderful property with a great media room and hot tub. The only downside is 1 of the bedrooms you have to walk through another bedroom to acces it. Other than that the property was perfect.

Great place to stay

Our family has made this our place to stay for our fall break for many years. The location by land and by water is perfect. The house has everything a family could possibly need. It is immaculate. We plan to return again Fall of 2024.

Amazing Girls Weekend

There were 8 of us ladies having a girls weekend to celebrate our upcoming 40th Birthdays. We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. Having the dock was perfect to us my pontoon boat and swim from. We loved having enough beds so only 2 ladies had to share the king. The hot tub was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Only wish list items were more kitchenware & more lighting on the stairs down to the dock.

Our family has lived in the middle Tennessee area all of our lives. We have our primary home in Brentwood, TN and spend as much time at the lake each summer as possible.

We are always excited about visiting the lake and absolutely love everything about our cottage on the lake. We have already made so many great family memories that would have never been possible if we had decided not to buy a few years ago.

We can only use the home on a select number of days during the year and would like to see other families experience our cozy home and the beautiful Tim's Ford Lake..
