Dogs welcome ($125 fee per dog). Yard is not fenced. Dogs must be crated if left unattended.


⚠️ Good to Know
Dock and kayak availability are seasonal and depend on annual river conditions and dam installation schedules. Contact us if the dock and kayaks are important to your stay. Usually installed Late June and taken out early September. But never a given as the State of CA. installs the River dams. We have no control over timing of dam placement.

As of June 20, 2026 there are no Dams in place. Vacation Beach is accessible and is about a 5-minute walk from the house.
