Little Cottage

Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.

The Good and the Not So Good

We liked it but the furniture needs updating. Kitchen was excellent appliances, dishes, flatware, cups, etc, Walk to the beach was nice and easy. Check in and out was fine. We noticed a few ants early on, but Thursday night there was an ant invasion in the living room, front hallway, in all our beds. Jack bought 10 ant trips and Friday am those were all full, he told the office and they sAid theyā€™d get someone to spray. However it was also raining so all of us decided to leave a day early. Our daughter and her 3 boys went to visit a cousin in Rehobath Beach then drive home we were able to update our hotel reservation in SC and are driving back to FL.

Great spot just needs updating !

Great location, good value but there were multiple outlets that didn't work. 3 of the 4 TVs didn't turn on, there was a noticeable mildew smell coming from the dishwasher. And one of the ac units didn't consistently work either.

Beautiful house

very clean except the was a bid and problem... I had tobthrow away almost $100 worh of food including some that was still wrapped. But absolutely NO bed bug or any other creepy kind of insect or animal!

Holiday rentals

Our group stayed in a cottage owned by this realty company and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Will definitely try to book with them again next time we visit!

Nice place but close to the road

The road noise was bad. Place was nice and sufficient. We shared a door with maintenance people that came in through the laundry room which wasn't cool with us. Scary to come home at night and see lights and doors open that were not that way when we left for the evening.

Very close to the beach and everything else!

This property is great and sleeps everyone comfortably. We parked our cars right out front, which was nice to have 3, basically private, parking spots. The interior was nicely decorated with a modern design. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The hotel office staff was very friendly and helpful. It is right on the main street, but when the doors were all closed we didn't hear anything at all. We would definately stay again.
