This is the Vacation that you have been day dreaming about!!

Our home has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room additional sleeping can be made in the Living room with an Ottoman designed to push up to the couch, it would not be suitable for adults, but it can be used as a bed if you choose to.

Our condo is an open concept with the Living room, kitchen and dining right as you walk in the door, seating at the table for 4 people and 3 bar stools at the counter, two bathrooms one with a bathtub shower combo, cable TV, Washer/ Dryer located in the unit. Our unit is Located close to pools and outdoor recreation.

Nothing beats sitting and relaxing on the balcony watching the sunset after a fun day playing in the Sun.

The unit is in a very large (20 buildings) apartment complex. Most of the people were residents there and so their comings and goings, vehicles, etc. were typical of residents in a large apartment complex. It was not exactly user friendly (i.e. we had to phone the host to get TV to work, the can opener didn't work, the bike cleaning station was stuck way way back in the corner of the large complex and the hose was difficult to operate, you had to check in with staff to use the pools and could only enter through the staffed check-in gate) The bedrooms were small. If you're looking for a deluxe high end stay, this would not be your choice. But all in all it met our needs.

ST GEORGE GETAWAY

Condo resort was centrally located and provided easy access to Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park and other point of interest. I would definitely consider rebooking next trip to St George area.

Overall ok

The property has a set temperature and says not to change on property rules. This made it impossible to sleep at night, we were sweating and wanted to be respectful of the rules. The owner did agree to change the temp once I sent him a message but we were already halfway through our weekend stay. Check out rules were also ridiculous. You have to take out all of your trash and go throw it away in the dumpsters. You also have to take all the towels and strip the beds and put in laundry hampers. For the price being paid I feel the guests should not have to do all this cleanup. I agree to leave it nice and tidy like put trash in trash bins but not all this. Did not provide basic toiletries like shampoo and/or body wash.

Great condo in a great resort

We really enjoyed this condo. Pictures online were awesome. We walked in to a clean place to stay. It felt like home. We loved being able to eat and cook in our own place. This condo backs up to the pool and sports courts in the resort, which my kids loved. They could look over and check to see if the pickle ball courts were open. The water slides were a blast even for my older teens. If we are ever down in this area again we would stay here again. All instructions were there so we knew exactly how to check in and out. The host was quick to respond. Great experience all around.

Was there for the Huntsman Games

The property was perfect for our needs.Having the second bathroom was a bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Cable was a little lacking in content but we were not there to watch TV. Location in the resort was perfect! I would rent this unit again.

Las Palmas is great, this unit is okay.

We have stayed at many units at Las Palmas, and this was the most outdated yet. The beds had a horrible mattress topper that made you and your spouse sink into the middle. Overall, it was fine for the price. But we will not choose to stay at this unit again. There are others that are updated and more comfortable.

Excellent Stay for Sports Weekend

The unit was exactly what we needed for a weekend in St. George for a 2 day swim meet. The couch/Ottoman combo was perfect for my 13 year old. Having 2 bathrooms was a game changer for the familly.

Great stay and location

We love staying at las Palmas and this condo was perfect for a girls trip. Its location was right next to the indoor/outdoor pool and a close walk to other pools. We would definitely stay here again.

Las Palmas always an enjoyable stay

Most importantly: it was clean. Only (minor) issues: 1: Little to no soaps/shower gel (zero dishwasher soap), and a couple of garbage bags. I assumed the dishes in the dishwasher only got rinsed. 2: Some of the clubhouse “stuff” is worn/broken (eg several exercise machines are broken, pool table is broken, etc). Condo is in good shape, all the pools were open and heated and the grounds were in good shape.

Not as nice as condos in the complex

I have stayed at other condos in this complex. A lot have newer furniture and a little bit nicer. This one was a little rundown, but it was fine for the two nights that we were there. It’s close to the pool but I don’t know that it that is worth it, there are rentals in the same complex that a little bit further away from the pool that have a lot nicer interiors

Good location.

Disappointed in tv reception. No hair dryer. No placemats. No garbage bags. No coffee table to put a cup or glass on when sitting on the sofa. Took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. I think the hosts should either improve the property or lower the price.

It couldn't have been better

We spent 5 nights for the Huntsman Senior games. We used the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. Out room was attractive, spotless, very spacious and comfortable. Our friends came over to play cards and were very impressed. All instructions were clear and we had no complaints. The internet was not the fastest, but that wasn't what we were there for. We loved our stay.

Decent stay

Overall Good stay. We werent at the condo a ton but Just a couple things though. The extra pillows in the closet had some else's hair all over it. The 3/4 bathroom had ants, and the shower curtain to the tub had black stuff on it. There were candy wrappers in between the plates in the cupboard and inside the cupboards are dusty.
