Beach House 2 blocks 2 fishing pier and Beach!!!

Newly remodeled single-story private tropical vacation home. Just 2 blocks from Beach and fun. 3 bedrooms 2 bath sleeps 7 comfortably. Master has full bath large flat screen TV and brand new king mattress second bedroom has brand new queen mattress third bedroom has brand new full mattress and a twin mattress . Kitchen has all new appliances and it's fully loaded with everything you would ever need to cook with. Dining room has table that seats 6. living room has large flat screen TV Xfinity cable and high-speed internet . There are lots of DVDs ,board games, books and toys. the house has solid wood floors throughout. laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Outside the front has parking for four cars. Back of house has small screen porch. Backyard is very tropical with a large open patio deck umbrella and table with chairs and new gas grill. Side yard has private enclosed hot and cold water shower with clothes line for wet beach stuff. There are beach towels and chairs for 7 people. boogie boards, floats ,sand toys, coolers and umbrella +wheeled Beach tote. 2 blocks east of our front door is Deerfield fishing pier and 15 Beach restaurants. One block east two Island Water Sports where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards ,bikes and mopeds.1 Block West is the Intercoastal Waterway there is a small park with a dock and great Tarpon and Snook fishing. We are two miles from Dixie divers where you can rent diving equipment and they have dive boat trips twice a day. Once you're here you don't really need a car plus there's free shuttle at night to take you around to all the restaurants FUN FUN and LOCATION that's what we have!!!
