Breakaway - Just 250m to the beach + Pet Friendly

Please note we do not take schoolies or large groups under the age of 28 years. We do not allow parties at the property. All you need to bring is your clothes, FOOD, LINEN, TOWELS, TEA TOWELS and PERSONAL PRODUCTS etc (doonas and pillows provided).

Breakaway is perfectly located and is only 250m to the Blairgowrie front beach, and near the dog friendly, Camerons Bight beach. You can walk to the Blairgowrie shops for your morning coffee and paper, or for the lazy brunch. The back beach is only a 15 minute walk in the other direction. There is off street parking and room for a boat.
Breakaway is beautifully furnished, with 2 separate living areas, a huge back deck with a fully fenced yard (post and wire) where everything that you need has been catered for.

It's all taken care of!

We've thought of everything! Breakaway has a kitchen stocked with all essential utensils and a dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, two with QS beds and one room for the kids, with 3 bunks (with safety rails) . There are 3 couches. Both living areas have TVs and dvd players, with the main area having a 55' tv. We have the Internet and Netflix available. We have a selection of dvds as well as some toys to keep the kids (and adults) amused. There is an open fire place to set the mood for that romantic night, or for that nice bottle of red and a good book, or just simply to keep you warm (wood can be purchased locally). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there is ducted heating throughout the house and reverse cycle air conditioning to the main living area. The 10 seat dining table has enough room for you all. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a toilet. Outside there are front and rear decks, a BBQ, outdoor setting and umbrella. For the kids there is a basketball ring, playground and sandpit. There are boogie boards and assorted sports gear for the kids to use. The rear yard is fully fenced to keep the kids and your pooch in - yes - you can bring your dog however we take no responsibility if your dog gets out - but please leave them outside and clean up after them. Blairgowrie is such a wonderful place on the peninsula. The safety and tranquillity of the front beach is only 250m away and the magnificent ocean coast line is only a 10-15 minute walk away. You can walk through the National Park and enjoy the surf, or experience the rock pools at low tide. Imagine sunset walks along the beach only minutes from your door.
You can enjoy cosmopolitan Sorrento, or the quieter Blairgowrie which has all that you need including a supermarket, deli, bottle shop, newsagent and coffee shops. Sorrento is only 3km away where you can enjoy more coffee shops, restaurants and shops.
