This gorgeous home allows you to walk in less than 10 minutes to the front beach and is nestled amongst the tea trees sleeping 7 people across 3 beautiful bedrooms.
With full linen, WIFI, fireplace and firepit, the home will amaze. Located only 900mtrs to the bay beach and a short stroll to the Blairgowrie Village, you can leave the car home and enjoy all the local amenities.

THE SPACE
Ko's Place in Blairgowrie comprises 3 bedrooms, a master with a walk-in robe, a large ensuite, and a huge living space, making this home perfect for a family.
A large bright cathedral-ceiling home with an open-plan kitchen. living and dining area flow to a stunning outdoor area overlooking a well-maintained garden - ideal for entertaining. The gated home with a secure back and front garden for children and pets.
A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything!
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge with ice machine, microwave, sandwich maker, dishwasher and nutribullet
Dining for 8 guests
Unlimited WIFI and 2 TVs (1 in bedroom 1)

Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods)

Washer and dryer
Beach items such as beach trolly and beach chairs
Parking space available (Garage is not to be used)

Bedroom 3: 1x Single bunk bed and 1 x single trundle bed with linen in the cupboard (sleeps 3)
Guests are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.
** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
