Our Perth holiday Villa offers luxury holiday accommodation with breathtaking ocean views from your rooms and balcony over the Indian Ocean in Ocean Reef, WA, with the Ocean Reef marina only across the road from your villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, games such as air hockey, snooker/billiard table and soccer/foosball table, and board games, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a/c and gas heating, and a double garage. Linen and towels are provided.

Perth holiday villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds for children. All bedrooms are equipped with side tables, reading lamps, linen, pillows etc. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, a balcony with panoramic ocean views, and a large lounge/sitting area with a television. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, three games rooms with air hockey, soccer/foosball and snooker/billiard tables, and other board games, a modern lounge with a large television, and a large dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, a dishwasher, basic cutlery, crockery, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and other electrical appliances. It has large gardens at the front and back, and an outdoor setting for 8 people. The villa has a laundry with a washing machine, a clothesline, and an ironing board.

You will have access to the full villa with a maximum number of 6 guests for the
basic price quoted per night. The guests should be part of one family or extended family, as multiple bookings are not permitted.

The villa is perfect for water activities such as surfing, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, boat excursions and whale watching (in season). A short drive away you'll find a variety of beachside restaurants and cafƩs, weekend markets, Joondalup and Whitfords City shopping centres, Mullaloo Beach bars and nightclubs. Within 5 minute's drive, you can play a round of golf, or go to Hillary's Boat Harbour and take a ferry trip to Rottnest Island, with its sparkling white sand beaches and famous quokkas. Also at Hillary's Boat Harbour is AQWA, the Aquarium of Western Australia. The historic port city of Fremantle or the Perth City, Kings Park and the Burswood Casino are a short 30-minute drive away.

Once the villa booking is confirmed, the villa manager will contact the guests to determine the guest's requirements and organise the check-in time.
Normally on arrival at the villa, the villa managers will check in the guest and ask the guest to sign the normal villa contract, which requires the guest to quote their credit card as security.

The guests then have uninterrupted use of the villa. However, the guests can contact the manager during their stay if they need to do so.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday villa. The ocean view is beautiful, and the neighbourhood is very quiet and relaxing. The villa offers plenty of space, with very comfortable beds and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was easy and smooth throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

We enjoyed the beautiful spacious homeā€” located close to the beach, nearby shops, and golf course. Clean throughout with entertainments options (eg billiards table, large screen TV etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending the golf championships at Joondalup Resort. Excellent accomodation and wonderful hosts

Bob and Prafula were very helpful and wonderful hosts. Bob even drove us to the supermarket to get supplies as we had not yet rented a car. Lodging is very clean, comfortable and excellent location with walking trails along the beach. And also the most amazing sunsets over the ocean I have ever seen from their dining room and porch.

Wonderful views and great size accommodation

Lovely home with large garden. Very spacious accommodation for our family of 5 adults and well presented. Whole of the first floor dedicated to large master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, separate living area and balcony with great views overlooking the sea. Not within walking distance of the main beaches, shopping centres or restaurants so we hired a car. Just a couple of minor suggestions we have are the addition of some sunbeds for the garden, mirrors for the downstairs bedrooms and a barbecue but otherwise all else provided and we had a lovely stay.

The location of Ocean Reef to amazing local beaches was fantastic. Having a double garage to park the hire care in was very useful and kept the car cool during summer weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed plus a walk in pantry with plenty of supplies already there.Bob was very nice and gave us a run through of how everything worked in the house plus the top tip to get to the shops for any food as they closed less than an hour after our arrival. The pool table was a big hit with the kids and we spent many hours having a family competition. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the location of the house on the corner of a busy coastal road. Due to the a/c system requiring the windows to be opened slightly while running the road noise was very loud during the nights when trying to sleep. However this is resolved by either turning off A/C to close the window or using earplugs to sleep.Overall we had a fantastic family holiday and as I said before the location to amenities and beaches was perfect for us.

Spacious House - Great location

Spacious house with comfortable beds and plenty of games for kids/teens. Our hosts enabled an easy check in process and were readily available for assistance if required. Unfortunately the spa was not operational during our stay and the property could use some maintenance and updating. Otherwise this was a great location for all that we wanted to do in Perth at an affordable rate.

Relaxing time in a spacious villa

We had a very relaxing time in this wonderful villa. The jacuzzi and the air hockey were the highlights. A good place for going shopping and sightseeing or visiting the beaches. We missed sunchairs for the terrace/garden and wifi.

Location was good. View was excellent. Host was friendly and helpful. BUT, there were a lot of ants on the kitchen table, appearing out of nowhere, contaminating our food stuffs. The last 2 persons in my family of 7, often do not have hot water for shower at the end of the day, so everyone is rushing to shower first! Many door knobs inside the villa (luckily not on the main doors) were filmsy and not able to lock as well.

We just spent a week in this lovely house and it felt like home from the moment we walked in. The house has everything you need to ensure a great holiday. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to all the tourist attractions. It has a lot of things to keep even the oldest kids busy during those down times ( I can't even count the number of pool games and air hockey games I played with my son). The view is outstanding all day but the sunset from the upper balcony is unbelievable. After a full days of tourist activities, it was a treat to relax in the spa and the let the old sore muscles relax and get ready for the next day. The owners, Bob & Prafula are delightful to deal with and were very quick to respond to inquiries, not to mention very accommodating when we made special requests. Having the owners living around the corner was very helpful when I had an issue getting the spa turned on. Less than 5 minutes after my call, Bob was at the house to help and show me how to get it going. If you are a golfer and have your clubs with you, be sure to play the Joondaloop golf course which is only a few minutes away. If/when we come back to this part of the world, I'll be sure to save myself hours of searching, comparing, wondering and just book this property again. Andrew

great family holiday

We stayed over Christmas and the location was excellent, overlooking the sea, good road connections to Perth. Joondalup n Golf complex is very near. Out Party ranged from 18 month old to 91 years old. We were visiting from the UK and we were able to have our family who live in Perth come over to visit. The various entertainments offered including the pool table and the spa were a great success.

Great Property for the whole family

We stayed at the villa at Christmas, we were visiting our family and wanted somewhere that would not only suit my husband and I and my 91 year old mother but also allow us to have entertain our son and his family which included an 18 month old and a 5 year old. The villa is provided with lots of entertainment, including a pool table, and I would recommend paying the extra to take advantage of the spa facility. There are good views over the ocean from the upstairs lounge and balcony, where my mother enjoyed sitting to watch the boats. The Villa is near Mullaloo beach, and Hillary's is a short drive away. Joondalup is a quick drive away and there is a excellent golf course there, as well as an extensive shopping mall. As big bonus for us was that there is an incoming calls only phone, which was extremely useful. Very small downside was that there was no wifi on site. We had a great holiday.

Great Location

The perfect location for a relaxing stay...so close to beaches, marina, shops & only a short distance to Perth, Freo etc...As family accomodation it suited us perfectly and the 3 teenagers didn't drive us crazy once! I would recommend Bob & Prafula's place to anyone and we'll no doubt return from Sydney as soon as we can. Steve & Mandy
