Well appointed open plan two bedroom house with a large elevated hardwood timber deck with BBQ to enjoy the outdoor living. The living areas, including the main bedroom, offer access to the deck and fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean & Kianinny Bay.

SLEEPING - the property sleeps 6 comfortably (1 x queen in main bedroom, 1x double and 2 x single bunk beds in2nd bedroom). Well suited to two couples wanting a group stay or a couple with 2/3 kids. Please note - linen and towels NOT provided.

PET FRIENDLY - the property is fully fenced with large kennel and is one of only a couple of properties in Tathra that welcome pets by negotiation. Please advise at the time of enquiry/booking if you are bringing a pet.

KIDS - well set up for kids and even toddlers with portacot, high chair and stroller provided. There is also a safety gate for the stairs in case your kids are not yet stair competent. There is also plenty to occupy their time with a great playground in Tathra and very safe swimming at the southern end of the beach or Bega river entrance.

ATTRACTIONS - 150m to professional boating/fishing facilities, whale watching between May & Nov, excellent golf courses, bush walking, historic wharf, pristine beach & river.

Situated right on the door step of beautiful Kianinny Bay (250 metres) the property provides convenient access to:

Professional fishing and boating facilities;
Great walking tracks through Bournda National Park;
Superb south coast golf courses;
Whale Watching (May-Nov).

There is superb snorkelling/diving or swimming 250 meters from the house in the protected Kianinny Bay. Kianinny Bay provides free picnic/BBQ facilities and also a boat ramp to access outside fishing. Tathra's main beach, historical wharf, shops, bowling club and restaurants are all only a ten minute stroll away.
