Whether a peaceful and relaxing vacation or a fun-fill weekend away, LAKEWAY PARADISE on Lake Travis is your ultimate home-away-from-home; located at the deepest part of Lake Travis and atop the hill, Lakeway Paradise is a spacious home with a gorgeous panoramic lake view and a convenient private boat dock that accommodates all your needs!

Over 5000 square feet, this beautiful 3-story lake-front home offers spacious & comfortable accommodations for everyone. With a private boat dock and an infinity-style pool and spa, this fully furnished home has five bedrooms, including three master suites with king beds and private baths, a flat-screen tv, a sitting area, and the additional guest rooms feature queen-size beds. While you are here, you don't ever have to leave! The entire first floor is completed with fun and games in mind! It features a media room with a huge flat-screen tv and movie theater recliners, a pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, arcade-style video game, and a poker table that's perfect for a family game night.

Master Bedroom Accommodations:

In our home, every floor has a master bedroom and is furnished with a king-sized bed, smart TV, plus

• Third-floor master suite: panoramic lake view, king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, a twin-size bed, and a sitting area.
• Second-floor master suite: private bathroom walk-in shower, chaise lounger
• First-floor master bedroom: two twin-size bunk beds, a separate private bathroom

Guest Bedroom Accommodations:

We have two guest bedrooms on the third floor; both are furnished with a queen-sized bed. In addition, one guest room also includes one twin-sized bunk bed.

Kitchen and Dining Accommodations:

The kitchen includes two full-size refrigerators, a dishwasher, a built-in electrical range and oven, a microwave, a toaster, and two coffee makers (including a Keurig). We also provide pots, pans, dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, tableware, flatware, etc.

Indoor Entertainment Accommodations (located on the first floor):

• A media room with a large flat-screen TV and theater seating.
• A large entertainment area with a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade video games, poker table, smart TV, and sitting area with a wet bar.
• Four Yoga mats

Outdoor Accommodations:
• Fantastic infinity-style private pool, excellent water spa, swim-up bar, pool-side outdoor kitchen, and a lounging area great for outdoor dining.
• Main floor: outdoor grill, picnic table, and panoramic balcony with outdoor benches
• Private boat dock: perfect for fishing, sunbathing, Yoga, picnic, or stand-up paddle boarding.
• Garage: ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, air hockey, and a pool table.

Lake & Dock Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy our Lake Travis dock, but please keep in mind that Lake Travis is not a constant-level lake, so dock access and alignment can vary with changing water levels. The dock may shift slightly or not always line up perfectly with the stairs depending on current conditions.
