A completely updated, beautifully redecorated, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2500sqft condo with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows spanning the entire living space creating spectacular views of the world famous emerald waters and white sand beach. You could spend the entire day sitting in front of the windows if you choose and won’t regret it! There is a fantastic vantage point from the top to spot dolphins, stingrays, manatees and yes sharks. My husband and I truly enjoy sitting in those window chairs for hours as does our 17 and 13 yo kids. When a storm rolls through its pretty incredible to watch that too. There are two balcony’s with the larger accessible off the living room as well as from one of the two primary bedrooms that includes a table and chairs for dining or relaxing in the shade. It’s an excellent option to watch those amazing Florida sunsets. The second balcony has its own private access via the second primary bedroom with set of chairs and side table. Our unit includes a set of beach chairs and umbrella down at beach in season. This luxurious beachfront condo sleeps MAX of 8 and offers heated pool (in cooler months) hot tub, fitness center, WiFi, and smart TVs in every room. **Please note the complex does not allow golf carts on property.
