Welcome to Sterling Beach corner Penthouse unit 1701!! A completely updated, beautifully redecorated, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2500sqft condo with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows spanning the entire living space creating spectacular views of the world famous emerald waters and white sand beach. You could spend the entire day sitting in front of the windows if you choose and won’t regret it! There is a fantastic vantage point from the top to spot dolphins, stingrays, manatees and yes sharks. My husband and I truly enjoy sitting in those window chairs for hours as does our 15 and 12 yo kids. When a storm rolls through its pretty incredible to watch that too. There are two balcony’s with the larger accessible off the living room as well as from one of the two primary bedrooms that includes a table and chairs for dining or relaxing in the shade. It’s an excellent option to watch those amazing Florida sunsets. The second balcony has its own private access via the second primary bedroom with set of chairs and side table. Our unit includes a set of beach chairs and umbrella down at beach in season. This luxurious beachfront condo sleeps MAX of 8 and offers heated pool (in cooler months) hot tub, fitness center, WiFi, and smart TVs in every room. **Please note the complex does not allow golf carts on property. Take moment to scroll through all the photos to really get a feel of how spacious, comfortable and the details that set us apart. We aren’t absentee owners as we also visit as much as possible from our hometown of Houston. With the kids getting older and more commitments those visit have been getting shorter and shorter. We are happy to be able to share our incredible home away from home with others so that they too can make lasting memories

This condo is amazing! It has the best views of the ocean, only steps to the water, has every amenity you could need and the beds and furniture are nice and comfy! The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Also very clean and updated! We didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back!

This house was easily one of the most beautiful units we have ever stayed in at the beach. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and well laid out. Our group had room to spread out and stay comfy. The massive floor to ceiling windows really put you “on” the beach. The balcony was perfect to enjoy the cool air and sounds of the ocean at night. The grounds were very well kept and constantly patrolled by the property managers. The parking lot was very nice, well lit, and quiet. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The owner was incredibly nice, prompt, and quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Amazing view & property!

First of all, the pictures of the listing (while beautiful) do not do this place justice. The view is breathtaking from the moment you walk through the door! The floor to ceiling windows offer the most amazing view! Our stay included a few stormy days/nights and watching them from the comfortable chairs in front of these windows almost seemed magical. Another perk: since we were here for the 4th of July, we also got to enjoy firework shows with the best view imaginable! (We also loooved watching them from the beach, but after the kids began to tire out, we retreated to the room and didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything!)This property has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. All of us picky adults found the beds satisfactory! The showers were extremely clean, bright & spacious. Our kids loved bathing in the tub. The provided amenities seemed generous and plentiful. We had everything to get our week started & more.I’m pretty critical of cleanliness with little kids in tow, and this place checked off all the boxes for me. The cleaning staff does an amazing job keeping this property sparkling. It smelled so fresh & clean when we walked in, which made it even more welcoming to us!Lastly, Jen was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! She seemed just as excited for our visit as we were & was very responsive during our stay despite being on vacation herself! Can’t wait to go back!

The Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and amazing views. Easy communication with the host, she made sure we had everything and let us know to contact her if we needed anything. We love the location, the elevators are never slow or too crowded and the beach and pool area are quiet and not crowded either. Very family friendly, especially since we were there for spring break. Looking forward to booking in the future.

Great Week in Sterling 1701!

The week we spent in Sterling Beach 1701 more than met our expectations. The condo is very tastefully decorated, and the blue accents throughout are gorgeous. Of course, it goes without saying that the views from the floor to ceiling windows on the top floor are to die for. We particularly enjoyed the rain shower heads after a day on the beach. I think this is the nicest unit we have stayed in at Sterling (we have rented there for 12 plus years). Jen is a great host and communication was excellent. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Gorgeous Unit

We have stayed in different units within this building for the last 7 years, and 1701 is by far the best one. It was impeccably clean and fully stocked with the essentials and beyond. The beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows is unmatched. The owner maintained excellent communication, and we can’t wait to book here again in the future!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Such a relaxing place to stay! The views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean&spacious, and the condo is decorated beautifully! We really enjoyed our stay here (so much so this was actually our second time staying here!) &we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future! Jen is such a great host! She was super helpful and accommodating! If you are considering booking here, DO IT, you won't regret it!

Absolutely breathtaking, beyond words

Everything was in pristine condition. All of our expectations were met at every angle. From the amazing floor to ceiling window views down to the tiny details that most wouldn't even think of. Hands-down the very best day we could have ever imagined. Jen covered every bit of information that we needed, plus! She said that we wouldn’t be disappointed, and she was not kidding. Best Stay Ever!

This property is absolutely phenomenal! The pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, clean, and bright, this place exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing and it’s right on the beach. We enjoyed spacious pool and had no trouble with easy parking. Jen was amazing to work with and communicated and answered all of our questions. We only wished we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be booking this property again!

Best Condo on the Beach

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this by far was the absolute best condo we ever stayed in. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had so much room for all of our family and it was so open and clean! The owners were the absolute best to work with…communicated with us about everything from the moment we booked! We will definitely be back!

Even better than it seems

Sometimes with pictures, you aren't sure what you are going to get. This property far exceeded expectations in all ways. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The host was amazing to work with as well providing some really great recommendations in the area for families. The pool and beach areas were flawless as well and the residents and other guests were very courteous. You can book this property and then relax knowing that everything is going to be great.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I stayed 6 nights in Jen's beautiful condo March 2023. From the moment you walk in, you will never want to leave. Everything is gorgeous: the view, the decor, the comfortable couch and beds, the showers in the masters, the cute bowls, plates and coffee mugs, the pool and private access to the beach.. I could go on and on but find out for yourself. We also were very lucky the weather was 70's and sunny most of our stay. Jen's communication is top notch. We cannot wait to come back.

BEAUTIFUL!!

The condo was amazing! Comfy beds and furniture. Also very clean. The view is amazing!! The resort is very convenient for families. Easy access from parking lot to elevators. Easy access from pool to beach. We visit Panama City twice a year and have been doing so for years. This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at.

Great views of the gulf

We stayed in this unit in December, so it was pretty low key which is what we wanted. The unit is decorated and updated nicely. The views of the gulf are amazing. The owner was very easy to work with and checked into to see if everything was going ok. We have no complaints and would stay again.

Jen’s place was awesome. The condo is very well described on the website and I highly recommend this place for families or even a few couples. The 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom and TV in them makes this a very comfy place. The decor was light/bright and the views were stunning. We had one minor issue when we were there with the floors but Jen addressed it ASAP. 5 stars overall for this condo The chair rental service that comes with the condo is very nice, also. It helps not having to lug chairs/umbrellas to beach….a very nice perk.

5 stars isn’t enough. AMAZING!!

Everything about this listing is perfect. Immaculate condo that looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Although the images don’t fully do justice to the view from the full wall of windows looking out over the gulf. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions, even suggested local favorites to eat. We are already planning our return trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Luxury Condo with Amazing Views!!!!

When we first stumbled on this condo on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But, everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The luxury condo was the perfect place to stay with the most amazing views of the ocean. Jen, the host is the most thoughtful, helpful, and gracious host ever! She provided us with all the information we needed to make our trip wonderful! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will definitely book this condo for our next vacation...which will be soon!!!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

Wow! First impressions say a lot. The first impression you get when you open the door for the first time will blow you away! We have been vacationing in PCB for many years and have never stayed in a more beautiful and well appointed condo than this one. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and plenty of space for food prep, a large refrigerator and pantry, super comfortable beds, extra large closets with tons of space for storage, and plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. And I can’t forget to mention the amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows! Jen was amazing to work with, very easy to get in touch with and communicate with. We cannot wait to plan our next trip here!

We are a beach and water loving family of 4 from a small suburb just south of Houston Texas near the coast. My husband and I have been married 18 years with an 15 year old son who enjoys football, wakeboarding, fishing and snowboarding as well as an 12 yo daughter that loves to be the center of attention wherever she goes and is on a successful competitive dance team. We enjoy all things surf and sand; boating, fishing, swimming, jet skiing and more! We’ve also recently purchased a vacation property in Aspen so we are trying to split our time between sand and snow which is incredibly difficult with a workaholic husband and busy teen/tween.

We previously purchased and owned 1103 for over 5 years. We sold that unit and purchased 1701! We loved the high ceilings and openness of this unit. Since we visit often our condo is kept up to date with amenities we as owners prefer and not just a “rental property” Sterling Beach is on the far less crowded end of the beach near St Andrew’s Park and because we are surrounded by lower density condos and beach homes sprinkled in its WAY less crowded and rowdy. We also like being close to the marina and water sports.
