LOCATION --------------------
Waterfront, and below the needles bridge. There are no depth issues with the location of this home! You can leave your boat on the dock all day and come and go without issue, at ANY time of day :) We are also located walking distance to the Needles 18 hole golf course, which offers cart rentals and has a restaurant. Off roading and fishing are popular activities in the winter, there is direct access to a huge trail system that can take you into the desert, to nearby Pirate Cove / Topock 66, Oatman AZ, and other offroad destinations. If you want to go out for the night, we are 12 miles from the AVI casino, and 25 miles from Laughlin, NV for nightlife, concerts, and fine dining.

BEACH ACCESS--------------------
There is a great beach for hanging out during the day, if you don't feel like taking the boat out, or the kids just want to play and you want to relax with a cocktail :).

ENTERTAINMENT AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS--------------------
The house is a short 10 minute boat ride down river to Pirates cove resort and Topock 66. If you keep going, the beautiful Topock gorge is 10 minutes further. If you head beyond the will soon be passing the infamous "Sand Bar" hang out spot (look for all the parked boats) and almost to Lake Havasu City. You can visit the famous London Bridge, take a cruise through the bridgewater channel, and explore the entire area of Lake Havasu.
If you like to gamble, watch concerts, or just enjoy the casino's, we are 15 minutes away from the Avi Resort, and 25 minutes from Laughlin, NV and Bullhead city.
The house is also located on an 18 hole golf course, which offers cart and equipment rentals, and has a bar and grille. In addition to boating, golfing and gambling,, this area is known for its expansive off-road trails, and makes a great destination in the winter time to explore the desert. Fishing is popular here as well, with Bass, Stryper and catfish in abundance in the river. You can fish by boat, from the shore, or even pull up a chair and sit right on the dock

SIZE AND HOUSE AMENITIES------------------
The home has been completely remodeled as of June 2021 (bedroom pics need updating still....) with top end finishes, an amazing bar overlooking the river and a chef's kitchen with a modern-farmhouse vibe. Every one of the 5 bedrooms has it's own bathroom, and at 3300 sqft this home has room for the whole family. The private dock can hold 2 30' boats, and there is a PWC dock as well. The dock is fully lit for night time enjoyment and use.
The home is well equipped with everything you need for an easy vacation experience.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, utensils and drink ware. There is a microwave, cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances. There is also a full laundry with washer and dryer, as well as a dish washer and pantry.
The large Master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, King size bed, sitting area, and a private balcony that overlooks the river. Then, there is a large bonus room / bedroom that has 2 beds and a sectional couch, which is a great place for everyone's kids to sleep and watch TV. All of the other bedrooms have queen beds and are very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a 6th bathroom down stairs.
The home has central air and heating, Wifi, Dish TV upstairs and down stairs, and a indoor / outdoor stereo. Outside, there is a patio with stone patio furniture, a BBQ island, and a natural gas BBQ. There is an outdoor shower for cooling off, and also a dedicated foot-spray to wash the sand off after a trip down to the beach.
Inside the garage, it is air conditioned and carpeted as well.

If you have additional guests in your party, Needles Park RV / Marina is next door, with full hookup RV spots within walking distance. This works out great for those who have friends (or grandpa's.....) they want to meet up with for a few days, and they can come up in an RV to visit. It's nice to have the option.

When you leave the home, you pack your bags and go. The maid takes care of the dishes, the bedding and towels, and does a full clean of the house. We aim to make our rental a truly trouble free experience. Weather you are Boating, Off-roading, golfing, fishing or simply a looking for a relaxing weekend with waterfront views, this home is a great place to visit.
