Condo Unit #510 located on 5th floor (top floor) beautiful non-smoking beach block upgraded 1 bedroom condo that comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults with ocean and boardwalk views. Located on 417 East 19th ave unit #510 5th floor. Kitchen is up-graded with granite, new cabinets and new appliances including a 2 in 1 coffee brewer and k-cup coffee maker. Bedroom has 2 new full-size beds and the living room has a memory foam sleeper sofa for extra comfort (must bring your own bath towels). Updated bathroom. Building includes parking, elevator, sundeck with grills and heated pool with separate kiddie pool. Unit includes central A/C and heat with 2 flatscreen tv's. Great location for families. Condo Unit is steps to the beach and near all boardwalk attractions. North Wildwood also boasts great restaurants and night life. Gorgeous Cape May is only 20mins away. Must be 25 years or older to check-in or rent as per our condo association guidelines. Unit #510 is located on the fifth floor. We do not offer seasonal rentals.

My family ( 2 adults 2 kids) stayed here over the weekend and had a great time. Raymond (host) was very responsive to questions and accommodations during our stay. It was in the negative digits (-5 degrees) out side but his unit was warm and cozy. Hot water was great and no issues. We plan to book here when its warmer, a lot more things to do in warmer weather.

Great condo with a great location. Only complaint is the toilet paper holder location is rough and we ended up just leaving the toilet paper roll on top of toilet tank

The condo was perfect! Great location one block from the beach and boardwalk. I was impressed at the cleanliness. The pool was well cared for and the owners of the other condos are so friendly. Would definitely stay again!

House was great!

The condo was exactly as the pictures. Great walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Host answered all questions in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

Just a block from the boardwalk, this was a nice little beach condo very central to everything. We went in the off-season so anywhere you had to drive had ample parking. Even when the weather kept us at the condo, it was very comfortable

shore weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and is close to the beach and boardwalk. The condo has just the right amount of space for our 2 night stay. Perfect Location

My family and I stayed here this past week, and really loved the location. The beach and boardwalk is a short 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the convenience of watching the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony. The manager, George, is really friendly and helpful, and other residents who live there are also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the place, was close to everything, The only reasons this gets 4 stars are because of the terrible placement of the toilet paper holder. The 2nd reason is parking spaces are very cramped, making navigation in and out a challenge.

This is a lovely well-equipped apartment/condo that is a close walk to the boardwalk and beach. Fully equipped kitchen, nice furniture, updated modern unit. All utilities work very well.

Perfect vacation

Perfect vacation with the family. The location from the beach is exactly what we were looking for. Everything is walking distance. The condo is perfect for 4 to 5 people. Very clean and everyone is so friendly. I would go back. I recommend 100%

Beautiful as always

Beautiful stay as always. His place is always clean and noticed a few upgrades from last year. The property manager is always out and about maintaining the entire property doing all the things that keep Maui Kai beautiful year in and year put. We love staying here and the condo owners are always friendly and inviting

Family Trip

My parents, daughter and I come to Wildwood yearly and this place does not disappoint! This year was our second time staying here. It is clean, convenient location to beach and boardwalk and the owner is fast to respond if you need to talk to him. The pictures shown represent the place. I plan to come again to this beautiful property. When you find a place that is clean, has a great property owner and close to everything you love for your family, why look anywhere else.

This condo was in a nice location with a bit of a seaview, very close to the boardwalk. The bedroom was nice, newer beds and a good size. The kitchen was well-outfitted. The only problem was there was an odor. The living room rug and couch need a good cleaning. We were able to open the windows, which helped. Ray was gracious and refunded the cleaning fee but we would have preferred that the condo was cleaner. Also, remember to bring towels! I did not re-read the listing, which clearly states that the host does not provide towels.

Very clean but hotel type neighbors

Very clean condo no issues with the condo. No washer and dryer as advertised. People partying with loud music in the general deck area. My car was parked under deck and beer was poured over onto my car.

Apologizes for the beer accidentally spilled onto your car. Contact me when that happens I’ll make sure to have it washed. Excellent Communication

This is my first time using VRBO. I was a little hesitant but the owner was amazing! I received emails and text about the check in process days before I arrived. The instructions were very detailed! The owner was available to answer questions I had with timely responses! The owner even checked on me the day of check in to see if I needed any help. This was an awesome experience. Very cozy condo and well kept! I enjoyed my stay in New Jersey!!! Would stay at the same condo again next year!

BRING BED SHEETS!!!

Great location, easy to check in and out. The one (big) problem we had is LINENS. I did not notice in the fine print that we had to provide our own sheets/pillow cases/towels. I've never stayed in a rental that required that. So I probably won't stay here again. Can't pack 2-3 sets of sheets in my suitcase--traveling with kids is hard enough.

Amazing view from the balcony!

The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was super clean, decorated so nicely, and the location couldn’t be beat! But my most favorite part was the balcony. We watched the Friday night fireworks from there after that was suggested by other reviewers. They were great! We also sat out there for morning coffee and happy hour too, so lovely! The pool was really nice, we had it all to ourselves and it was comfortably heated. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the door to a keypad lock for added convenience. The lockbox is okay but a bit of a pain so we just carried the keys with us but then thought we lost them for a stressful few minutes.

Great clean condo with the perfect location!

This is the perfect size condo for 2 people, up to 4 but would be a little tight. There also wasn’t much storage for clothes such as a big dresser, there was a small closet and some drawers in a small dresser. Aside from that the condo was perfect for everything we needed…the full kitchen was great and helped us save money on eating out every night so we could stay in and cook and there is an outdoor grill too. The condo was clean and everyone staying there including management was very friendly! The only thing that bothered me was that there are not many loungers by the pool so we hung out at the 3rd floor where there are extra loungers there to get some sun since we are not beach people but the inconvenience of not having the pool there to dip into made our days of laying in the sun less enjoyable, which was a bummer. Overall everything else was perfect and you can’t get a better location for beach, boardwalk and Friday night fireworks!!! I would definitely enjoy staying there again and maybe luck out with a spot by the pool :)
