Welcome to your perfect retreat—this beautifully appointed home offers 2 full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a cozy loft-style bedroom overlooking the living space, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.

The primary suite features a luxurious bathroom with a five-star shower experience, complete with multiple shower heads. Step right outside to the private balcony, surrounded by trees for the ultimate relaxation.

Enjoy evenings on the spacious concrete balcony, complete with a fire pit (wood provided) and grill—ideal for gathering with friends or family.

Getting around is part of the fun: a golf cart is included for easy trips to the marina. The home comes fully furnished and ready for your stay—it’s truly the perfect lakeside escape.

Want to get on the water? A pontoon boat is available to rent for just $250 for a full 8-hour day (first come, first served).

Great location on a lake

I loved being so close to the marina. Take the golf cart to eat the marina and fish on the dock. We even rented the owners pontoon boat for an additional fee which was newer and nicer than any other pontoon rental I saw available at the marina and super easy to rent.House was luxurious, especially the 8 nozzle shower. We used the jacuzzi tub too, it filled up fast with plenty of hot water. My eleven year old loved the loft, it was like her own private area. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. I even took off the sheet to figure out the brand so I could get one at home.

Center Hill Getaway

We had 14 total, youngest 15 up to 70 and used both sides of the property. Everbody was comfortable in their rooms, the amenities were great. We rented the pontoon and had a wonderful time. The boat was clean and had all required safety needs for the group. We highly recommend this property.

A gem by the lake

The pictures were great but didn’t do this home justice. Everything was top notch and I’m pretty sure my wife is going to make me renovate our bathroom after taking a shower in the master suite. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back. A sixth star is needed for a property like this.

Thank you we enjoyed our stay. Had to call the contact since the bed was not made up downstairs but she was responsive quickly. We couldn’t access our Netflix accounts and couldn’t watch some football. Overall it was good.

Nice Lake House

I will say the location is absolutely perfect. It’s right by Hidden Harbor marina, which is extremely convenient. The condo itself is very cute. It does have 2 spiral staircases, so keep that in mind if you are looking into this property. The hot water was unfortunately out, but we didn’t realize until the last night (only stayed 2 nights). Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend.

Family time

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving dinner. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were great and we definitely needed the 2 showers. The master bedroom shower is awesome! The weather was nice enough we were able to sit on the balcony and eat lunch. We made a fire one night and enjoyed watching the stars. We were disappointed to find the hot tub was not clean. Since this was the only thing I mentioned when booking about looking forward to I was surprised by what we found. We wiped out the hot tub ourselves and were able to enjoy it the 2nd night. Be sure you bring your own shampoo.

Great house..very good amenities and great location.

My husband and I bought a boat and wanted to stay at a nice lake. Center hill lake is beautiful and hidden harbor marina is 5 minutes with golfcart from the house. Very nice location and beautiful property!!

The condo was very nice and comfortable plus being located so close to the lake was a nice surprise.

Great home, lake, and area

This home is really cute! Love that it's so close to a marina and state park. We enjoyed walking around and rides in the golf cart. Downside is there isn't a place to swim in the lake at the home (at least that we could find) we had to drive a little bit down the roads to areas to swim. It is a beautiful area and very lush. Recommend this home to anyone looking to unplug from technology in nature.

Girls Weekend get away...

Very nice place. Peaceful, quiet, and clean. Not a place to stay if you can’t do spiral stairs though. All beds are up or down. Only complaint we had was hot tub was cold and took a whole day to heat up.

Not worth the cost!

If you're gonna pay this amount, look elsewhere. The master tile shower was black and moldy, the towels provided were small and felt like sandpaper, there are not enough curtains for privacy. If we're gonna be charged an extremely high amount for a cleaning fee, we shouldn't be expected to run dishwasher AND put them all away, take the sheets off bed, take out trash, wipe counters, sweep floor, and wipe out the fridge. You can't flush toilet paper which can be easy to forget. They refuse to allow early check in or late check out which coming in at 4 and leaving by 11 makes your stay very short for the price. The amount of cookware and knives are minimal. The spa smelled like mildew. The view was nice and the grill worked great. Plenty of firewood selection. Don't take the golf cart. It died after about 10-15 minutes and we had to push it back up the hill! After looking at the batteries under the seat they were corroded and leaking battery acid.

Beautiful view!

We had a great time! The cabin is beautiful! Only complaint we had was the kitchen is not well equipped with what I would think is normal utensils and dishes!

Not what we had hoped for

When we arrived the home appeared nice but the hot tub never worked neither did the grill and I tried to inquire about our stuff not working but I never got a response wanted to have a nice weekend getaway and enjoy the scenery but did not enjoy our stay

Location was perfect.

The location and the place was perfect. The golf cart was very useful! The property was maintained. The grill was utilized. We ate in every night so the kitchen was great. The only problem was we ran out of paper products after the first day. Luckily there is a Walmart near by. We made 7 trips to our local Walmart! We only stayed 5 days. Haha! Outstanding experience

Hidden Gem

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday at this property and had an awesome time. We rented both units to accommodate our family of 12. We had more than enough room. The owner so kindly unlocked and adjoining door so we could flow freely between units. Having double kitchens made preparing meals a synch. The property is well maintained and everything represented in the photos are very accurate. My family really enjoyed use of the hot tub and lighting the fire pit. We also enjoyed use of the golf carts. It was super fun and we made trips to the lake/marina and really enjoyed the beautiful fall colors. Made for a very relaxing stay which we all needed. The location of the property offers much privacy. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway. The owner was very accessible and very friendly and nice. He extended our stay for an extra day out of kindness. We had never visited Smithville before so this was a very nice experience. We enjoyed every single moment and made great memories.

What a great place to just get away!

We had the chance to meet the owner and share our experience. It’s beautiful inside and out. Loved having a golf cart so we could keep our boat at the dock. Very updated and had everything we needed to just enjoy our stay! Loved having the outdoor space with a hot tub. The owners of Hidden Harbor were great too. They even let us barrow a life jacket for our grandson to take him to dinner on the boat. The property manager was very easy to contact. Overall, we will be coming back. Spent 20 hours on our boat! All the neighbors were house sitting, we had nothing to worry about. The owner cares about your enjoyment of his property and so does the property manager. Highly recommend this to anyone!
