Berry Downs cottage with pool and tennis court

I am glad other than the stairs you enjoyed the property. I am providing the exact description which I provided that accurately describes the stairs in the house. “The house has various stairs but not many and is one level. When you enter the house and want to get into the main area (kitchen and outdoor seating/ dining there are about 4 steps. You then have to take one or two steps into 4 of the bedrooms. Accessing the master bedroom would be about 4 steps.”

Thanks for your detailed feedback. We have improved the maintenance of the outside areas including the tennis court and would make the following comments. For fire safety reasons we do not provide fire wood during the hotter months as the fire pit should not be used at that time of year with fire bans in place. The formal lounge area is exactly as presented and is designed for relaxing, reading and playing board games consistent with a country getaway. A new large screen TV is in a dedicated TV room which was exactly as presented when you rented the property. The freezer does contain an owners supplies shelf but there is ample room for use by tenants however given the feedback we have now cleared the entire freezer. We have replaced some of the outside furniture and as indicated have improved maintenance of the outside areas around the house.
