PLEASE NOTE:
This is a peaceful, relaxing location that is also enjoyed by our neighbours, and as such, the property is not available for parties (this includes bucks or hens parties), schoolies, 21st birthdays, large functions, or to under 25's. Renting the property without disclosing any of these details may result in eviction and/or full loss of security deposit.

There is a minimum weekly stay requirement during peak school holiday periods although there is some flexibility (excluding the Christmas and NYE weeks)

Minimum 3 night stay for long weekends, and 4 night stay for Easter

Guests are required to provide their own linen (being sheets and towels) although at certain times linen can be provided at additional cost

Pool is not available between the colder months of May - August

A minimum bond of $1000 will apply for all stays

A maximum of 8 adults accepted in any one booking. The bunk beds are not available for adults to use

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Following clearance of your deposit, your booking is confirmed by email and your deposit becomes non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to occupancy, we will attempt to rebook the period again and if successful, will refund the deposit less all credit card charges plus $150.00 administration fee. NOTE: November 1 - March 30, Public Holidays and School Holidays do NOT apply and the deposit is non-refundable for these periods.
