An acred fenced block, with natural bush surroundings, the Beach House is approx 45 squares.

We welcome pets, upon request, but must be kept off carpeted areas and cleaned up after.

BEDROOM 5: 2 X extra long single beds. The 2 fit together to make one king. TV

BEDROOM 6: The front of the house has a separate lounge, converts to a bedroom with queen bed (wall bed) upon request

BEDROOM 7: Next to the lounge, separated by double doors, another dining room has a queen wall bed upon request

Both these rooms can be closed off. Wall beds are full queen mattresses, not sofa beds

Downstairs: Large bathroom with toilet, bath tub & seperate shower, has 2 entrances, accessible from bedroom 1 & access through a large laundry with washing machine.

3 LIVING AREAS & SEPARATE DINING ROOM

The large fully equipped kitchen. Miele cook top & large island bench. Kitchen has everything, including NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Capsule Coffee Machine, Sandwich maker, Food processor & much more.
The kitchen is adjoined to the meals area with a large table & seating for 10-12 & the entrance to one of the back entertaining areas

Next to the meals area is a large family room with lounge suite, large wall mounted smart TV, electric log fire, with another entrance to the Pergola outdoor kitchen BBQ area, wood pizza oven, play ground & golf green.
Adjoined to the family meals area is the dining room & large dining table with seating from 6-8, - double doors open onto outdoor entertainment areas. (Also referred to as bedroom 7)

The lounge is at the front of the house. Able to be closed off by double doors, (referred to above as bedroom 6), large screen TV / DVD player & electric log fire.

Upstairs is a beautifully fully equipped HOME THEATRE

With an Overhead Projector, seating for 14, Foxtel, Digital TV & Blu Ray. Collection of movies provided, or bring your own. Movie watching as comfortably as Gold Class
The room has a bar, opens to a decked balcony - beautiful sunsets & views of the Wild-coast Reserve. Ocean glimpses in the distance
With your own private Movie Theatre, the challenge is staying awake.

INTO THE GREAT OUTDOORS

Out the back door is a Pergola with an outdoor kitchen BBQ, gas provided, a wood pizza oven, 2 seating areas, golf green & play ground. Eat or just relax, keeping big & small kids entertained. Please note: wood for pizza oven is BYO, wood available at Bunnings & service stations

There is a outdoor Hot Tub. Enjoy a dip after playing golf or sightseeing at some of the best wineries in the world, or just to warm up after swimming or surfing in the ocean
Sit by the wood pizza oven while watching the children in the play ground next to the golf green
The golf putting green has sand bunkers, that has also doubled as a sand pit for toddlers. The path is at your back door

Enjoy lounging outside in the outdoor heated spa, summer or winter, practice your putt & pitch on the fantastic golfing green while you fire up the Barbie. The kids will be kept busy in the playground. Play area can also be easily seen from inside, in the comfort of lounge chairs

Information book is in the kitchen, and has suggestions of things to do in the area, instructions on how to use appliances & a checklist of things in the home.

Basic minimal extras including dishwashing tables, hand soap pumps, toilet paper, pepper, salt, sugar etc are available if required, but we do recommend for a large group or if you are staying for a longer stay you will require to bring your own

We do accept schoolies with certain conditions on some sites. Parental guarantees, copy of ID's of all staying are required. No unregistered guests allowed on premises.

Close to Sorrento, Portsea, Rye foreshore, Gunnamatta, St. Andrew's Beach, Cape Shank light house, Red Hill, Arthurs Seat, & the Rye Surf Beach. A perfect getaway for lovers of golf, wine, fishing, water sports, horse riding, the beach & exploring.

There is over a dozen Golf Courses, Wineries with tours, restaurants, mazes for the kids, including the new Arthurs Seat cable car next to tree surfing. You may prefer fishing, surfing horse riding on the beach or winery tour. Do a Gin making course, or spend the afternoon at St Andrews Brewery. Hot Springs is a couple of minutes away, along with Art Galleries, horse back back winery tours, just a few things that our beautiful part of the world has to offer.
There is something for everyone.

Only a 10 min drive from Sorrento, where you can catch the ferry to explore Queenscliff for a day trip. With or without a car the Ferry is a pleasant journey that arrives at the Historic town. You may be lucky enough to have the dolphins lead the way as we have many times

The Strawberry Farm is the best way to sample local fresh produce, or spend the day at Arthurs Seat, where you will find the maze that includes a tree top walk (tree surfing). End the day by soaring on the Arthurs Seat Eagle for a sunset flight on a gondola lift. There is a stunning maze towards Hastings. Spend the end of the day horse riding on the beach with the Gunnamatta horse riding facilities, where you can ride into the sunset

There are Saturday & Sunday markets in the area, Red Hill, one of the best I have been to anywhere in the world, operates over summer. Try your hand at extreme sports including paragliding, diving, windsurfing, surfing or a charted fishing tour

We have a key lock box at the back door for anytime private access. The property is fully fenced but does have a shared driveway with our next door neighbour. The house and entertaining area is fenced & surrounds are seperate from the next door neighbour with plenty of parking.
