Unit has ocean view living area, air conditioned , comfortable leather lounge suite with two recliners , large flat screen TV, new fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower. Bed linen supplied, and towels. Parking on street, close, in good view but access from the street is unsuitable for frail or mobility challenged.Has large verandah overlooking the beach.BBQ to enjoy wavewatching,sun lounges, beach fishing, magnificent Mollymook Golf Club in walking distance or courtesy bus, walk to cafes and restaurants, nearby golf courses include 9 hole or 18.Is a 5 min drive to Ulladulla indoor leisure centre for gym, spa, indoor heated or outdoor pools, Ulladulla Harbour sea pool, cinema, ten pin bowling, hiking tracks, climb Pigeon House Mountain, markets and Milton township is always worth a stroll. This is a great destination for day trips to Jarvis Bay National Park, Mogo Goldfields, zoos, seaside towns and villages.
