Big Red's at Orange Beach is a luxury condo on the 21st floor of the desirable Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly Phoenix West II condominiums. This smoke free condo, is 1958 sq feet, and sleeps 8 in its three bedrooms with plush bedding and pillows. Each bedroom has a private bath and there is a 4th full bathroom off the large living area. This condo includes use of lazy river, adult pool, splash pad, outdoor pools, indoor pool, and many hot tubs. The complex also has work out facilities with a great view, tennis courts, basketball court, saunas, and a parking garage.

Guests will enjoy the master suite complete with a king sized bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, large walk in closet, large 40 inch flat screen Smart TV, and internet. Bedroom two has two queen beds, large 42 inch Smart TV, and a private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom three has a king-size bed, large 40 inch Smart TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combination.

The living area has designer touches while being very comfortable for relaxing or watching the large 50 inch Smart TV after a fun day on the white sand beaches of Orange Beach. The kitchen boasts upscale stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with kitchen supplies. There is also a wet bar and ice machine.

Parking is available for a fee in the parking garage. Each condo is only allowed to have 2 vehicles in the parking garage. Parking fee is paid on location and is $60 per vehicle for the duration of your stay.

We welcome monthly renters November through February. Please ask us for pricing. Monthly stays require a deep cleaning at $350.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation, it was very spacious and the condo was very nice. It was my husband and myself and our 2 sons and their families. The amenities on the property were great a lot for the children to do and some adult only options as well. We had a great view and we were right on the beach. We were there on July 4th and everything was very festive and many activities for everyone. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to go to for family vacation.

The condo was beautiful and we don’t have anything negative to say about it or the owners! The only complaint we have is the wait time spent waiting for elevators. If you have a beach cart or carrying items to the beach, you may have a 30 minute wait for an elevator that isn’t packed. Our group also had to divide up several times just so we could get on an elevator. Based on our elevator experience, we will not be staying at this resort again, even though the condo was beautiful and the owners were great to rent from.

The message we received from the host before arrival was honestly one of the most stressful parts of our stay. It was an extensive list of "do nots" and things that were "absolutely unacceptable." The overall tone felt unwelcoming rather than hospitable. If the host is this concerned about every aspect of her home, she may not want to rent it to strangers.Ironically, when we arrived, the furniture was already heavily stained and there was drywall debris on the floor from existing wall damage. My mom arrived first, took pictures, and tried to notify the owner because we didn't want to be blamed for pre-existing damage. Although she was a registered guest, the owner refused to speak with her. When I reached out, the response was essentially, "So what?" We expected, "Thank you for letting me know. I'm sorry you arrived to find it that way." Instead, we felt like we were bothering her.The cleaning lady was very kind, but she was waiting outside our door before 8:00 a.m. asking when we'd be out, which made us feel rushed.We've stayed elsewhere in this building before and loved it, so this was disappointing. The entire experience felt more stressful than relaxing, and the king bed was extremely uncomfortable. The left side of the mattress is crushed and you roll off if you lay on it.

This is unfortunate as I had a nice conversation with this guest on a couple of occasions during their and they said they have no concerns and the mother that was calling to complain was more just concerned, tends to worry, and wanted us to know if there were any imperfections. Photos of any damage were never sent to me during the stay. They even gave us a compliment on our “lovely home”. Our policy is and has always been to speak directly with the responsible party which is the person who made the booking. It would have been nice to get photos so we could address any concerns immediately. Our goal is to provide a nice condo for all of our guests. Regardless, we hope you had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the beautiful beaches.

Amenities are great. Kids love the slide and lazy river. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners went above and beyond what you normally expect, from the hand soap in the bathrooms to providing personal touches that made this unit stand out compared to past rentals!
