Nestled on four acres of peaceful bushland, Old Mill Grove is a spacious family retreat just a ten-minute drive from Dunsborough and Yallingup. Spend your days exploring wineries and world-class beaches, then return for afternoons by the pool, sunset drinks in the pool house, and cosy evenings by the fire. With generous indoor living, a separate games room and exceptional outdoor entertaining, this tranquil getaway offers space, comfort and connection in a truly serene setting.



The Space:

Positioned on a secluded bush block surrounded by native trees and visiting wildlife, the home opens into an open-plan living area where a deep blue sectional centres the lounge beside a wood-burning fireplace and expansive windows framing leafy views and natural light. Beyond this space, the converted garage serves as a dedicated games room with plush seating, a large TV and a ping pong table, opening onto a shaded patio for fresh air between matches.



The kitchen is modern and thoughtfully designed, with expansive benchtops, quality appliances and a central island that draws everyone together. The adjoining dining area flows effortlessly outdoors, creating a relaxed setting for open-air entertaining.



Outside, the sparkling swimming pool sets the tone for long summer days, while the beautifully appointed pool house with lounge seating and a bar area offers a relaxed retreat between swims. Nearby, a covered patio with BBQ and generous dining space invites shared meals under the open sky, with an outdoor shower adding ease after time in the pool or at the beach.



The primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a walk-in robe and an ensuite featuring double vanities and a spacious shower. A nearby bunk room is ideal for younger guests, while three additional queen bedrooms are positioned across the home for privacy, each enjoying tranquil bush outlooks. The main bathroom includes a full-sized bath and separate shower, and a well-equipped laundry with outdoor access supports extended stays with ease.



Other features include fast Wi-Fi, ample parking, and ceiling fans throughout. A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Just a short drive from Dunsborough and Yallingup, you’ll have easy access to stunning beaches like Meelup and Yallingup, both perfect for swimming, surfing or catching a golden sunset. Nearby natural wonders include the striking Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and the ancient chambers of Ngilgi Cave, both offering breathtaking scenery and a touch of adventure. The area is also home to some of Western Australia’s finest wineries—Vasse Felix, Cullen Wines, and Moss Wood are all within easy reach, along with relaxed breweries like Eagle Bay Brewing Co. and Wild Hop. For art lovers, Yallingup Galleries showcases beautiful local works, while families can enjoy a day out at Yallingup Maze. Whether you're into coastal walks, gourmet food, or simply soaking up the bushland tranquillity, this region offers something for everyone.
