Nestled on Deer Valley Loop on a quiet residential street, the completely renovated home offers exceptional privacy. Free bus and shuttle to resorts is 100 yards from front door. The three-level home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and boasts bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. The family room features a large HD TV and a gas fireplace. The spacious master suite has a cozy king bed, HDTV, walk-in closet and private deck. The master bath has twin sinks, large bath, and shower. Guest bedrooms both feature queen beds and dedicated bathroom with walk-in showers. The hot tub features all the bells and whistles and is located off the guest bedrooms on the lower deck protected by the garden pine trees! The heated driveway and private garage make for easy winter access. Location, amenities and privacy make this an ideal vacation rental. Whether a family ski vacation or a getaway with friends, this is a great choice! Availability subject to minimum stays - typically 3 nights.

Amazing

Family ski getaway

Fantastic set up for my group of 4; easy walk to Historic Park City for dinners and easy access to base of Deer Valley ski resort. Super clean and nice inside, enjoyed the hot tub after skiing each day.

Great Location; Perfect Ski Trip Condo

We just stayed at this condo for a family ski trip for my husband's birthday and we loved it! The location really is perfect - you can easily walk to and from Main Street for dinner (which we did, even in the snow) and it's an easy shuttle ride to the Deer Valley lodge at the base of the lifts (which we took, even with a baby). It is well stocked with tons of dishes and everything you need for cooking and the beds were comfy and the hot tub was great. We would stay here again!

Property was exactly as promised. We had a lovely time. My 34 year old son especially loved the hot tub after the slopes. Great location, short walk to Main st. Only 3 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort.

Family wedding, perfect spot

Lovely, well furnished home, with 3 bedrooms for 6 adults so no one had to take the bunk room so common in resort areas. Great instructions and information. The kitchen was really well stocked which we appreciated even though we did not use much. Terrific location just minutes from Main Street.

Upscale ambiance and privacy near downtown.

The accommodations were tasteful, comfortable, and very pleasing, along with all the large windows and natural light. Kitchen was full of all necessary items for those who like to cook/entertain. The outdoor deck, with surrounding trees, felt outdoorsy despite downtown location. The ability to walk downtown rather than drive made the location particularly special. Would love to return on our next visit to Park City!

Perfect for low key bach party!

Our group loved our stay. The decor was stylish, everyone got to sleep on a bed and it was great having our own hot tub! Location was excellent, especially because only part of the group went skiing at Deer Valley while the rest either checked out Main Street or hung around the house. Shuttle system for skiing was very convenient and it was easy walking to and from town. Host communication and welcome guide were excellent. We would highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay again in the future!

Place is great

We enjoyed the stay. Place is really comfortable and has everything you need. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Only thing that could have been better is that the grill was buried in snow on deck and was unusable. We would have liked to grill for dinner. We would stay again. Thanks

Bright modern unit

Wonderful townhouse in a fantastic location- close to town and deer valley pond. Recently renovated - clean bright modern and very well appointed condo! Bedrooms and bathrooms are all a great size. Fantastic deck space with nice grill . Perfect afternoon spot! The property manager is super attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location!!!

This property was amazing. great location to both Deer Valley and DT Park City! Roz ( property manager) contacted us prior to our stay to ask if we had any questions which was a nice touch! Along with the homeowners were very responsive and super helpful as well! The house is comfortable, very clean and well stocked with basic grocery needs which I found very impressive! AND convenient even though we had groceries delivered. We will 💯 stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Wonderful for the family!

It was a great place! The home is lovely, comfortable and in a convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus all the communication with the owner before our trip was helpful; Dana patiently answered all my questions before we arrived. And during our stay, the property manager was more than helpful! Once we were there, Roz was very quick with answers about the house and the area, and very quick to resolve the few small issues we had. She even went over and above to fix the fireplace when a maintenance person wasn't available, so we were able to enjoy the fireplace on our last day and night. All in all, it was a terrific vacation!

Fabulous!

This unit was exactly as depicted on VRBO. The location was awesome and easy to access. We used the bus daily to get to PCMR and it was super easy. Roslyn, the property manager, was in regular contact and super helpful. And I must admit, my favorite thing about the unit was the master bed - sleep number and the ability to pre-heat the bed! I'm a fan! I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Wow!

Our family (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed for five nights and let out a collective "wow" when we saw the place in person. One of our kids asked if we could move in permanently. The pictures and description show a beautiful home, and the in-person experience is even better. First of all, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The location was ideal - it took our family about 5 minutes to walk to Main St. The house was stocked with everything we needed (consider going to the house before going to the grocery store - they likely have most of the things you need....everything from snacks and spices to wine and beer). We loved the amazing view from the kitchen and relaxing by the fireplace at night. A very big thank you to our hosts for a wonderful place to stay during our Park City vacation.

Excellent location, well equipped, responsive hosts

Well stocked bedrooms and kitchen, large hot tub, the grill needed some of elbow grease to get working (shoveling some snow and working the gas connection, etc) but worked fine. Would love to stay again!

Location is perfect, 10 minutes to Old Town walking and about the same to Deer Valley. Townhome is well kept, well stocked and managed very well by owner and property manager. We are coming back next year for another extended stay.

This is a great rental for skiing and exploring Park City!

I stayed in Tout Shous with my family over a long weekend. The place was fantastic. The kids loved the bunk beds and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is great. 5 min walk to main st park city and a 5 min drive to deer valley resort. There is also a shuttle within a few min walk that will take you all over the area. We loved our stay and will definitely look to stay there again!

Great property in a very convenient location!

Great townhouse conveniently located within a couple blocks walking distance to downtown Main Street. The free bus service (bus stop right next to the house) services all three ski resorts. The property was well appointed and clean. I would recommend and will likely return.

We came for the snow and stayed for the summers! We fell in love with Park City the first time we visited back in 2005 and then again when we found our house in 2006. Growing up skiing in France, we would shout "Tout Schuss!", meaning "straight down!" when bombing down the mountain to the lodge. We call our home Tout Schuss because it's straight down from Deer Valley, our little sanctuary and reflects the unbridled joy we experience living on the mountain.

We looked at a LOT of properties when we were searching for a home, and Tout Schuss was really unique...Set across three-levels, the townhouse feels like a home with bright light, high ceilings and modern design. The former owner was an architect who created a clean, contemporary space that makes the home feel spacious and inviting. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area create a warm common area, while the bedrooms are on the upper and lower ground floors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, affording a sense of luxury and privacy. The location is IDEAL, a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and shops of Main Street Park City, and a mile walk or quick shuttle ride up to Deer Valley base lodge. We looked at ski-in / ski-out properties on the mountain, too, when we were house hunting and are SOOOO happy that we bought where we did. The proximity to town is such a luxury! The home was completely renovated in 2021, updating the finishes to be luxurious, modern and inviting.
