Welcome to our 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Pinnacle Townhome in Lower Deer Valley, Park City Utah.

This Pinnacle townhome overlooks the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, with views of ski runs and surrounding mountains. Every unit in Pinnacle also includes free 'on call' shuttle service to and from Deer Valley Resort! This large (approx. 3500 sq. ft.), four bedroom/4 bathroom unit offers lots of living space for a larger group. With fun features such as a pool table and private hot tub along with gorgeous views of the Deer Valley area this property is sure to please everyone in your group!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
The entire interior of the property was remodeled in 2021.

The ground floor entrance to the property will greet you with the dining room and kitchen area – making for easy loading of groceries and ski gear! Also located on this level is the first bedroom with a King bed and an attached bathroom.

The living room area - located one level down from the kitchen - has two chairs, a sectional sofa facing the TV and wood burning fireplace as well as a nice porch area with amazing mountain views!

Down a flight of stairs you will find the pool table area that has TV and shared bathroom. This room also provides access to the private outdoor hot tub. The bunk room is also located just off this room. It has two twin over full beds.

The Den is located on the bottom floor. Snuggle up after a long day of skiing on our generous size sectional sofa and watch a film on the projector and screen. There is also a mini fridge for drinks.

On the upstairs floor you will find the two master suite bedrooms. The main master bedroom, with high vaulted ceilings, includes a King bed and attached full bathroom. Just down a hallway from this is the junior master with a King bed and a full attached bathroom.

Kitchen: Nicely updated with granite counter tops and slate flooring. Well equipped for cooking meals, includes stainless gas burning cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Access to deck with sweeping views and a Weber gas BBQ!

Dining Room: Seating for 8, with 3 barstools at kitchen counter.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
Upstairs Master Suite: Luxurious King-sized bed with a spacious walk-in closet, complete with an HDTV for entertainment. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and a separate shower for added comfort and convenience.
