Guest house on a private, gated estate. Visit one of the most beautiful spots on the McKenzie river. Guest house is just a 1 minute walk from the river around main house on path (not riverside) GH separate from main house ,550 sq ft. perfect for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers. Guests have access to private lounging & fishing deck, hot tub & gardens is above the river's edge. We 35 minutes from Downtown Eugene.
Mini-frig, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig supplied.
Dishes, silverware, and glasses on hand. Free Wi-Fi. Hot Tub.
Casper King size bed. Our cottage is clean & quiet. We have a no pet policy as the river is open and wild. No fencing on the riverbanks. No EC car charging available. NO Smoking or Vaping property. Thank you .

Quiet and comfortable

Was a very nice and comfortable place. We were a little disappointed because we didn’t read all the fine print and thought the cottage was on the river and had a jacuzzi. Those things are available but are shared with the main house on the property. The cottage is across the driveway. But it was a great relaxing getaway, the bed is super comfy!

Wonderful location and attention to detail

My husband and I were very impressed with the comfort, attention to detail and all the extras our hosts included. We had a wonderful stay while attending our friend’s wedding on the McKenzie.

A wonderful getaway

My mom and I stayed here two nights to get some river time and celebrate her birthday. We couldn’t recommend it more highly! Robbin is a friendly, responsive, and gracious host; the cottage is charming, comfortable, and well appointed, and, between their lovely garden and the fabulous decks above the river, the location can’t be beat. If you’re traveling here from far away, this is a wonderful spot to explore the magical McKenzie. And if you’re from Eugene or somewhere similarly close-by (like we were), it offers a terrific getaway to spend time on the river. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway

This little cottage was a perfect, quiet spot to getaway. It included everything we needed for a weekend away, and the host even left breakfast items, snacks, and drinks as a thoughtful bonus. The deck by the river offers spectacular views and a quiet spot to enjoy a meal or just relax. It was a half hour to Eugene and about an hour from Clear Lake, where we kayaked and went hiking. I would highly recommend!

Comfortable and Cozy

Beautiful property in beautiful location! River view from deck and hot tub was excellent. The cabin/guesthouse had everything we could desire and more. The owners thought of everything and were very responsive to questions before our arrival. The bed was super comfy.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Thank you for the weekend 2 tired moms needed after over 2 years of a pandemic with young children. Perfect recharge. Hot springs and gorgeous hiking nearby and waking up every morning and soaking in the hot tub, overlooking the river was like a dream. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and also for stocking the kitchenette so thoughtfully.

Sweet Spot

The cottage is nicely decorated and has so many thoughtful touches, including lots of coffee and tea choices, continental breakfast options, and snacks. The property is beautiful and is directly on the river. The owners (who were very nice and seem to be very community minded) encouraged us to enjoy their outdoor space...great place to relax, read, talk, enjoy your drink. There's a brand new big hot tub too!

great getaway

A little snafu getting property gate opened but lovely cottage. Well equipped with picnic blanket, binoculars etc. Loved the dock overlooking the river. Super nice host and hostess. Hope to return some day. Would totally recommend!!

Lovely stay in a cozy spot!

Nice spot. Unfortunately no nearby hiking now due to the fires, but we went up above the fire boundary and hiked the McKenzie River Trail. Comfy bed.

So cute and comfy!

The property was gorgeous. My boyfriend and I fished off the private doc (which was AMAZING) and hung out on it for breakfast and sunset. So beautiful and the cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed including some extra little snacks! Awesome stay, highly recommend.

Well-equipped, quiet, comfortable stay on the McKenzie

We had a very nice visit at Robbin’s cottage. We loved the variety of Keurig cups available, how quiet the property was and the comfy bed. It was a good value and well-appointed rental. They did a great job making sure we had everything we could need for a cozy winter couples getaway.

Quiet beautiful property with easy city access.

This little cottage is so sweet and cute. The property is so beautiful. The cottage is not on the river but on the other side of their main home. However, you are given free access to their beautiful decks and the hot-tub with plenty of privacy (which we took advantage of). Such a relaxing weekend getaway with the friendliest hosts.

We are located in the McKenzie river recreation area, 2 hours from Portland OR. Lots of restaurants and McKenzie river fishing options. We also have access to hiking trails, biking trails. Great for an overnight as well, if you are traveling thru for business. Although we live on the property and are available if you need us, we respect your privacy. It's a very peaceful place for ourselves and you, our guests. Please respect our neighbors.

Leaburg is a small and quiet town located 22 miles east of the Springfield/Eugene area. We are ideally located between the city and the main part of the McKenzie River Trail and Three Sisters Wilderness, including Ski Hoodoo area , Bend OR, & Deschutes River. Close by in Eugene experience Voo Doo Donuts, Sizzle Pie, Gourmet Vegan Foods, The Saturday Market, King Estates & Sweet Cheeks Wineries, Ninkasi Beer and recreational Dispensaries. Eugene has numerous food carts too!
