Bella Costa was lovely. Every host communication was quick and easy and they were both professional and friendly.The house really was just like the photos - I've stayed other places where that was not the case.The kitchen was excellent, with way more kitchen gear than STRs usually have. We really cooked a family meal for 16 (with 9 staying overnight and others being local).It was great having so many bathrooms, all clean, and laundry machines as well so nobody had to travel home with "beachy" clothes.We will definitely consider this home or others managed by Southern Belle again.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this home 5 stars! The location is fantastic, so close to the beach, and the views are beautiful. One of our favorite parts was seeing so many dolphins during our stay, which made the trip feel even more special.The house was comfortable, well located, and a great home base for enjoying everything Tybee Island has to offer. The only minor issue we experienced was that the top floor stayed pretty warm, even with the air conditioning set to 70, but it definitely didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.We would happily stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful Tybee Island getaway with incredible views, easy beach access, and plenty of dolphin sightings, this is a great choice!

The house and location were great for our two families of four adults and four children. We were disappointed to find that there was no pool anywhere near the house. There is a pool available to use but it is on the other end of the island.

We're so glad to hear the house and location worked well for both families! We do want to clarify that the pool's location is mentioned directly in our listing, and the exterior photos of the property are provided to help show that the pool is not onsite. We understand it can still come as a surprise upon arrival, and we'll continue looking at ways to make this even more prominent for future guests.

Girls weekend

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and a lovely location close to the beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet during the evenings so we always felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed staying here! Although some things could use updating, this home was beautiful, clean, and spacious! The short walk to the private beach was a bonus! We are already thinking about booking it again!

Family Beach trip

We enjoyed this property so much!! The home accommodated all our needs well, and we absolutely loved the private beach access! Beds were comfortable, decks were lovely, and so nice having a dining table we could all gather together at for meals!

Loved our Tybee Island/Savannah Stay

Spacious, clean and inviting. This home was very comfortable for our group of 8. Young adult children, parents and one Aunt and one Nana all enjoyed this home. Our stay was during the "off " season in January, but still found plenty to do and a comfortable home to relax in at end of the day. Great stay!

Fantastic vacation!

The Bella Costa home had everything that we needed! Plenty of space for us to gather after being out all day at Tybee Island or Savannah. The view of the ocean was great and the close access to the beach was wonderful. The hot tub was an extra bonus that we used every day. This was our third year vacationing at Tybee Island, we will be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

We got this house for a family members birthday! Everyone was comfortable, the home was beautiful and the views were breath taking! A short walk to the beach, and a short drive to town! Can’t complain!

Wonderful Getaway

The house is more beautiful than the pictures if you can believe it! The attention to detail in the decor is outstanding. The house is on a quiet drive and the access to the beach can't be beat. I will definitely recommend Bella Costa to friends and will be back myself! Happy vacation-ing!

Great house

The house was great and had a great location. However, we were disappointed to find out that the ladder to the highest deck was removed prior to our stay and we could not access the platform and its views although it is shown in the property photos

Celebrating 70

Fellow alums all about to celebrate the beginning of an our 7th decade enjoyed our at this Southern Belle property. It made our drive to Savannah and to Tybee center easy. Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed time inside and also outside on the spacious porches. We recommend this spot for families and groups of friends and if any of us are back again would be happy to return.

Family get together

We had family from Pittsburg, Chattanooga and St. Louis gather for 4 days and it was lovely! All the beds were very comfortable and there was so much room for everyone to spread out. We loved having a short walk to the beach every day. The house was great but if we come back to Tybee Island we would probably rent something closer to the downtown area.

Beautiful house with a private beach

We loved this house! Five bedrooms, three levels with two decks and a hot tub. It also has a viewing deck to see the ocean sunrise and sunsets👍 The private beach was fantastic. It was walking distance to some local restaurants and bars. It was also only a 20 minute drive to Savannah! It’s the best vacation we have had too date!
