The Space:

Snow falls softly beyond the trees as the slopes of Blackcomb rise just beyond your doorstep. After a day carving fresh tracks or wandering through Whistler Village, sink into the hot tub on the balcony while the crisp mountain air settles around you. Inside, the fireplace glows in the living room, creating the perfect setting for quiet evenings and slow winter mornings.



Living spaces

The main living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an indoor fireplace that adds warmth throughout the colder months. Sliding doors lead to the patio or balcony, where outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and the hot tub offer a refreshing alpine soak after a day in the snow. A dining table for seven sits just off the living space, making shared meals easy and inviting.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading to the slopes or a relaxed dinner in. You will have access to a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and cooking basics. Everything is arranged for easy meal prep and comfortable dining indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

This townhouse sleeps 7 and includes 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The primary bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with seating. The second bedroom offers twin beds. Upstairs, the third bedroom includes a king-split bed and a TV. A pullout sofa in the media room provides additional sleeping space.



Bathrooms

There are 3 baths in total. The primary ensuite includes a bathtub and shower. A ground-floor bathroom includes a shower along with the washer and dryer. The upper-level bathroom features a shower and single vanity. Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay.



Comfort & convenience

High-speed Wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, and in-suite laundry add practical comfort year-round. A safe, iron, clothing storage, and luggage dropoff allowed support both short and long stays. Long term stays allowed - 28 days or more. Self check-in is available via smart lock.



Outdoor & location

Set within the Crystal Ridge complex on Blackcomb Mountain, the home offers a private entrance and free parking garage on premises, plus free street parking. You are close to the slopes, Lost Lake, the Four Seasons Resort, and the free village shuttle, placing skiing, winter trails, and village dining within easy reach.



Perfect for families or small groups seeking a peaceful mountain base, this entire townhouse in Whistler offers space to gather, unwind by the fire, and enjoy the season from your own alpine retreat.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

No matter what the season, Crystal Ridge is an ideal choice for families or large groups wanting spaciousness in a glorious mountainside setting that’s within easy walking distance of the village. Located in the quiet Upper Village area, you’re just 300 metres from the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. Or take advantage of the free village shuttle bus or ski shuttle bus for convenient access to the entire resort.



Getting Around:

• 12-minute walk to or 3-minute drive to Blackcomb Gondola

• 12-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 10-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 20-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market

• Free shuttle to Village: Exit the complex and turn right, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• Parking. Please note that the parking stall next to the front door does not belong to Crystal Ridge #13; the designated parking for this home is inside the garage, and will not accommodate a large SUV. Exterior visitor stalls are first come, first served with a parking pass. Guests are only permitted to use one visitor space.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Thanks for a great family vacation!

We had an incredible stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and nicely decorated. The location was ideal, just minutes from the trails and the village shops, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. We truly felt at home and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Crystal Ridge 13

Crystal Ridge 13 is a beautiful house in Whistler Blackcomb. Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay here, fully equipped with hot tub and essential washing machine. The house is in the perfect location, walking distance to the shops/restaurants and gondolas or the free shuttle bus stops right out front. Such a peaceful beautiful property with super comfy beds. We also arranged the Black Tie ski rental through Whistler Platinum which was stress free. What a holiday! Will totally come back to Crystal Ridge 13.

Firewood

As I outlined in my previous messages I am very disappointed that as guests we were charged for firewood. When we arrived from memory there were 3 individual plastic bags containing a single small log. They only burn for approx 1hr. I was provided an additional 2 boxes ( that I think contained 4 single small logs ) and once they ran out ( as we were there for 15 nights ) we were charged for additional fire wood on top of the $14,500 rental we paid. We have been coming to North America for 15 years to ski and we have never had to pay for firewood. I think this is completely unreasonable given the rental we were paying for the property and I would like these comments brought to the attention of the proprietor of Whistler Platinum and perhaps the property owner.

The apartment would have been in a great location if the buses were not on strike, as it was quite a hike to and from the Blackcomb gondola. Unfortunately we were quite unlucky with the weather, as during our 10 day stay, most days we did not have ideal conditions to ski, as lots of fog, so very poor visibility- apparently very common in Whistler. The apartment was well equipped overall, however one of the bedrooms says it is a queen, but is more like a double. One of the shower glass doors was not easy to open and close, and the king bed is below a large window, which could be very cold at times. Also, the insulation wasn’t great, so can hear the neighbors talking/tv etc. Lastly be prepared to run out of hot water rather quickly due to the small heater water tank, so not easy to take baths etc. Otherwise, cute apartment with comfortable beds and cozy living room area/fireplace!

Lovely place in a great location

Close to all benchland venues, can walk everywhere. Great townhouse with well stocked kitchen, some games, private hot tub, separate den giving space for different groups. Good quality bedding and towels. Well maintained.
