Relax and curl up by the fire or take a dip in the hot tub after a short stroll from the lifts in this quiet and cozy condo. This property is an inviting two bedroom condo that has been recently updated to include some new furnishings with a flare of modern mountain style. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a double oven and breakfast bar (seats 5). The dining area has seating for six people. In the living room you can enjoy the gas fireplace and soak up the natural light from the large picturesque windows, that line the exterior wall. A private balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The condo has 3 flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and Cable for your enjoyment. HBO Now, Netflix & Hulu Included. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Two of the communities hot tubs are located a stairway away from the front door, walk a little further to enjoy the year round heated pool.

The master bedroom features a King bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa in the second bedroom and an additional full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. If you're traveling with little ones the unit is equipped with a Pack & Play, booster seat and a few toys.

Please note: We have just updated the Main Living room TV with a much better Smart TV and Sonos sound system. We have also updated the refrigerator and dishwasher as well as the guest room TV.

Great stay from start to finish. The unit had everything we needed, comfortable beds and linens, and in a great location to walk to the base. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely. We were in for a quick stay and it turned out to be just the right locating and everything we needed. The beds were comfy not too firm and not too soft. (Super important to me) The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Thank you for a great stay

Nice place, good location

Came to see the fall foliage and some R&R; was not disappointed. Some snow on the mountain peaks and the aspens were in yellow and red. We did have to drive some to catch colors but additionally caught site of Moose, Deer, and Antilope. Kitchen had all the needed items required for fixing breakfast and a couple dinners. Evening we enjoyed talking and playing cards. Great location for all the activities.

Sweet visit

Great spot! Very nice and quiet area, close to everything. Nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook up meals...though we ate at some amazing restaurants.

Very clean and as pictured, maintenance needs to be more attentive though

Good stay with extended family. This property offered a more affordable option in a very expensive area. It was clean and exactly as pictured. There are a couple of things that I think the owners would want to be aware of- I get the feeling that the owners rely on the complex for maintenance and cleaning. -The office only wanted to give us one parking pass. This wasn’t listed in the check-in info, but should be. -Broken blinds, 2 of 3 bathroom lightbulbs burnt out, and the twin pullout was in poor condition (multiple springs missing- I put my 2yo on it and was fine, but I wouldn’t lay on it) -No coffee filters- I figured out how to make one with paper towels -No air conditioning- this should be listed in the property listing, even though many of those building don’t have AC

Nice but….

This is a very nice property but during the summer it might not be the best spot. There is no A/C which made it difficult to sleep. My main complaint is that this was not disclosed until after I booked. This should be explained in the property description in my opinion. Some cooling fans present in the condo helped but it was still not great. The place is clean. The check in process was great. It’s a wonderful location with walking distance to shops and places to eat. In the cooler months this place is a home run. The owners were quickly responsive when I asked a question.

Lovely condo in a great location.

The 2 bed, 2 bath condo has a great layout and excellent furniture. Bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Loved to be able to walk short distance to gondola and to bus stop for free shuttle. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was simple and instructions from owner were complete. Only downside was that it was a hot week and with no air conditioning we managed the temperature with open windows at night and provided fans but it was still warm at times.

Steamboat Springs visit 5/15 through 5/17/23

Check-in process was great and very easy as was the check-out process. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The condo was very clean, but is somewhat dated with older faucets (one was dripping) and toilets, etc. Mattresses on the beds were too soft. We were unable to get the TVs to work due to no written instructions on site and many remotes. We never could get TVs to work even after finally calling the maintenance number on the second day. Overall the condo was a good value, but we were disappointed mainly with the TV operation.

Loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy, really made us feel at home. Love the 2 beds and 2 baths, there was plenty of space for 4 adults. Host had quick response time and flexibility when we wanted to add a night to our stay.

Magical Trip in Steamboat Springs

The layout of the property was perfect for me (grandma), my son, my daughter-in-law, my grandson age 4, my granddaughter age almost 2, and their nanny. They loved the pool, hot tubs, and the mountain. We highly recommend the shuttle from the registration office versus walking to the gondola with young children. The owners of the property worked with us so that we could borrow towels for the Strawberry Park Hot Springs on the day we checked out. Thank you for a memorable and magical stay!

Close to Slopes

Perfect spot. Short walk to gondolas. Friendly staff. Short ride to center of town or you can take the shuttle bus. Great communication with owners. Will stay again

Great place to stay for a ski / snowboard vacation!

Ryan and Jana were excellent hosts, having provided us everything we needed in advance for a smooth check in. Their property was super clean and convenient, only 7 minute walk to the main Steamboat Gondola. There was also included shuttle service that was complimentary and convenient. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs close to the unit after each day on the slopes, and had a great time in Steamboat. We would definitely recommend!!

Hi new friends! We are a young family that absolutely loves Colorado and Steamboat. With our 7 year old boy in tow (well he tows us), we journey through the mountains and find new adventures. We recently purchased this property because we were searching for a home, away from home where we could relax, unwind and fully enjoy all of the magic this beautiful mountain town has to offer. Steamboat is the place we love to be and we can’t wait to share our home with you. We were both raised in Denver and grew up skiing/snowboarding and we are very excited for our son to experience the same.

We moved up to Steamboat full-time 2 years ago after spending so much time at this special place. Besides snowboarding we enjoy being creative, camping, hiking, craft beer, and spending quality time with our son as well as our family and friends. We own some long-term rentals in Denver and with those properties, we go above and beyond to ensure our spaces and tenants are well taken care of. We know that you have a lot of options and that you put a lot of trust in renting with us. We will do everything we can to provide you with a top-notch experience and sincerely hope that you’ll enjoy our home as much as we do!

Steamboat Springs has always held a special place in our hearts. Ryan's parents first brought him up here to learn to ski in the early 80's and Jana spent many weekends in college hitting the slopes here. Nothing beats Steamboat's terrain, the epic "champagne" powder. Any season is wonderful here, enjoy the warm summer sun sets, changing colors in the fall, the wildflowers blooming in the springtime, and the endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Of course don't forget the springs! In town you can soak in the Old Town Hot Springs, drive a little further and discover Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs. There's always something going on in town or on the mountain to keep you busy. The town of Steamboat to us is one of the very few traditional mountain towns.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

As owners of B206 we can tell you we saw a TON of places in Steamboat when we were shopping around. Actually way too many! While there are a lot of great options, this particular unit felt like home. The morning light is perfect. The woodwork on the exposed beams, when the fireplace is on, cannot be beat. Our favorite thing is the kitchen with the wrap around bar that opens to the living room. It is just great to socialize with family and friends. The layout in the master bedroom is open and quiet. The guest room is great with the added twin pullout. Especially when you have friends with children, like ourselves. Combine all this with the walking distance to the resort and being right across the street from a grocery store (which delivers) and we knew we found our home away from home. Feel free to ask us anything!
