This completely remodeled condo is located on the top floor of a premium resort just one block from the Steamboat mountain base with hot tubs right outside the door, sure to make your next mountain vacation a memorable one!

The kitchen has open space, high-end appliances, and beautiful countertops. The living area boasts soaring ceilings, a warming gas fireplace, and comfortable furnishings. And you'll love stepping out onto one of two private balconies to enjoy the views, dine outdoors, or just enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and access to a balcony. And there is a sofa bed in the living area, so everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during your stay!

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat is just one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, and free WiFi! There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. And if you have any questions during your stay, our friendly and on-site staff is ready to provide you with world-class service!

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Convenient and comfy = awesome!

Loved this place - great for three couples for having your own space. Very nice finishes - very homey and clean! Walkable to the gondola in 10 min. Wished we could’ve stayed much longer!

Perfect!

We loved everything about this condo. Plenty of space, walking distance to the resort and restaurants, multiple hot tubs and just a comfortable place to come back to after a long day on the slopes. We’ll definitely be back!

Exactly as it looks in the photos

The space was exactly as it looked on the photos. It feels open and with lots of light on the 3rd floor. The trade off is walking up 3 flights or stairs but the reward is nice high ceilings. Everything worked smoothly.

Condo was fine, clean. Location is great. Getting up and down with ski gear was a challenge.

The condo was fine for the two families, meaning there were 2 bedrooms with king beds and then a full kids room with bunks. There was nothing noted on Homeaway, however, that it was on the 3rd floor and that there is no elevator. For families with small children and ski gear, it was A LOT to get up and down to bring all of the gear up to the condo. There is also no mention of the resort fee that would be charged because this property is managed by Wyndam Vacation Rentals. All other properties I've rented from Homeaway have the normal cleaning fees and service fees, but not the additional resort fees.

I'm glad the condo worked out for your needs, it is a great place to spend a weekend or extended stay. The Resort Fee is completely different than tax, and is a fee that varies between HOA’s allowing nightly rentals. They contribute towards the amenities on site (shuttles, hot tubs, maintenance etc.). The Resort Fee is included in the total reservation balance before the booking is confirmed and the balance is collected. We apologize for the stairs, please give us a call next time you are interested in coming to town, whether it be on a first floor home somewhere else at the Lodge we'd like to find a place where your family would be comfortable.

We had a great time in Steamboat. The unit was lovely. I will say I was glad we packed light and it was summer. Lugging a bunch of bags up 3 flights of stairs would be tough fyi.

Great Unit and Location!

We loved our stay in Steamboat as usual. We love the location of these condos and enjoy spending time at Ski Time Square. Unfortunately lots of construction this summer, but still a wonderful stay. The heat was an issue the last night. We couldn't get a cross breeze going, but most nights we could control it with all the fans and windows open. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the home, not the complex

The condo is well appointed, although it is on the 3rd floor,so lots of stairs. The communication with Vacasa was poor, I got fairly quick responses, but questions replayed to covid issues such as pool and hot tub availability were wrong. Once we arrived, the on site front desk staff were equally uninformed about simple stuff like pool reservations and grill use. Based on surrounding properties, I feel like the lodge at steamboat we’re not allowing hot tub use but other properties were. The pool reservation “app” was not at all easy to navigate, in fact three of us try to figure out how to do a pool reservation and finally ended up calling the front desk who after some prodding allowed me to reserve a time online which to accommodate our group of seven we couldn’t get in until 7 PM. The condo itself was great, well appointed and updated. However we weren’t allowed to use the air conditioning,which meant a constant juggling of doors and windows open and shut as well as blinds open and shut, but being on the 3rd floor meant we were mostly warm.... the kitchen had all of the necessities and we didn’t have a problem cooking meals or cleaning. Appreciated having the washer dryer as well.

Lodges

We stayed in unit B305 and it was perfect for our needs. Well appointed, hot tubs just outside the door, tasteful furnishings in very good shape and a well supplied kitchen. Exceptional unit in easy walking distance to the slopes. Provided shuttle service was wonderful, no need for a car. The staff at The Lodges were exceptional, accommodating and friendly. Could not ask for a better stay.

President’s Day Weekend

We stayed in Lodges B305 and it did not disappoint. Close to lifts with all the amenities you could want. The provided shuttle service was all the transportation you needed to get around town, easy to use and always on time. Staff at the Lodges and shuttle service were outstanding! Highly recommend for a vacation getaway.
