DATES & PRICES: For most snow-season dates this website only lets us enter valid prices for 2nights arrive Friday or 5nights arrive Sunday. For other stays please click on "Ask Manager a Question" and we at Ski Kaos will get back to you with accurate prices.

PRICING NOTE: This website has added roughly 10% to Ski Kaos' normal prices. Their system removes contact details from messages we send to each other via this website. They don't want us communicating efficiently unless you book & pay first.

HIRE DISCOUNTS: We offer discounts on ski/snowboard hire and clothing hire.

BUS TRAVEL: On select dates during the snow season we also offer Sydney to Thredbo return bus travel (via Jindabyne & Skitube), please ask for details if interested or lookup Ski Kaos on line.

ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
A state of the art apartment with picturesque views of the mountain from your private balcony. This apartment is mid-range to luxurious accommodation for groups of friends or large families. Wi-Fi and Netflix included.

LOCATION: The apartment is perfectly positioned in the centre of the village with a host of restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep. From Mowamba, it is only a 3 min walk to the main ski lift terminal, 6 mins to Friday Flats, or walk just 40metres to the bus stop (the free shuttle bus goes in circles every 2-5 mins, and the ride is ~2mins to Friday Flats).

FACILITIES: This apartment features a cosy living area with flat-screen TV, DVD, and CD/stereo. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and includes all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Appliances include: fridge, electric stove/oven/grill, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower (no bathtub). There is a separate laundry with two-in-one WM+CD & laundry tub. Each bedroom & the living room has an electric wall panel heater and there is underfloor heating in the main bathroom and dining area.

BEDS & BEDROOMS: BEDROOM#1: Queen bed + ensuite; BEDROOM#2: Queen bed (can be two singles); BEDROOM#3: Queen bed (can be two singles); BEDROOM#4/LOFT: 2 or 3 singles.

NOTE: Made up beds & towels are included & cost extra if you do not wish to BYO – please check with us. If its BYO then it means 2 sheets per bed, a pillowcase and towel each, bathmats and tea towels. We always provide doonas, pillows, mattress protectors. You can opt to pay extra for made up beds & towels 35 per queen 25 per single.

PARKING: There is a parking space for one car nearby.

EXTRA PARKING: Extra cars can be parked in Thredbo's huge long term carparks. You can unload at the property then move your car(s). You can get the free shuttle bus back (the carpark is only 400 metres away from where you are staying). Few people ever need to use their car once they have arrived.

SECURITY BOND: Before check in we require a $500 security bond - this is usually a credit card pre-authorisation (not a charge). Its possible to do this via VRBO(Stayz) but they will charge your card and then later refund it which is not the right way to do it.

--- The best value days of the week to book for are always for 5-nights arriving on any Sunday.
--- Weekends Fri+Sat nights are pricey by comparison.
--- We can rarely offer a Sat arrival or departure.
--- Staying only 1-night is almost as much as staying 2-nights
