It has a full size fridge as a backup to provide relief for the main fridge which is a must for family get togethers.

LILLI PILLI SUBLIME IS A DESTINATON UNLIKE ANY OTHER.

We offer holiday accommodation in a spacious, delightfully decorated 4 bedroom house with ensuite, outdoor kitchen and private outdoor shower nestled in the stunning surrounds of Lilli Pilli Beach Estate on the outskirts of Batemans Bay, NSW. Our rumpus/games room is now complete.

For families, couples, executives or anybody who needs to get away from it all, relax and wind down, Lilli Pilli Sublime offers something very special. Attention has been given to ensure that furniture, kitchenware, linen etc is stylish and in immaculate condition. There's plenty to do......

BEACHES: Less than a 300 metre walk and it's sun, sand and surf at Lilli Pilli Beach! Lilli Pilli Sublime is on a quiet loop street just off George Bass Drive. Also only minutes from a selection of beautiful beaches. Surf Beach and Malua Bay are on either side of Lilli Pilli Beach and are also family friendly and patrolled during summer holidays. Denhams beach is to the North and Wimbie beach is to the South.

GROCERIES: Order Woolies online and have delivered right into the kitchen. What can be more easy ? Recommended during peak seasons.

SHOPS: There is a small shopping complex at Surfbeach and It has an IGA Supermarket, Piccolo's Cafe for pizza, pasta, fish and chips (eat in or takeaway), Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Thai Restaurant (eat in, takeaway, home delivery) Hairdresser, Bottle Shop. There is also a beach Kiosk which has newspapers/mags and take-away food.

Malua Bay has Supermarket, Sandy Foot Restaurant for pizza,pasta, fish n chips, burgers (eat in, takeaway, home delivery), Bottle Shop, newsagent, butcher.

By The Beach Bakery at Mosquito Bay Boat Launch only mins in car or short walk on George Bass Drive has bread, milk, pies, cakes, coffee, burgers and other hot food, newspaper (eat in or takeaway).

FISHING : Batemans Bay is the surf. Several charter companies in the Bay offer deep sea excursions.

BOATS: There is ample off street parking for your boat at Lilli Pilli Sublime and the closest boat ramp is at Mosquito Point only mins away on George Bass Drive with many others in the area.

BUSH: Go west and experience the Budawang mountain range - the most rugged, unspoilt bush in New South Wales.

GOLF: If golf is your thing, the Catalina Country Club boasts a pituresque 27 hole championship golf course. It's just a 5 min drive away and is complete with a most welcoming 19th hole!!

MOGO ZOO: A trip to the Bay is not complete without a visit to Mogo Zoo which is just a 10min drive. Mogo Zoo is commited to the survival of endangered animals and provides world standard facilities for over 100 animals of more than 38 rare and exotic species, including the rare white lions of 'Timbavati'.

BIRDLAND ANIMAL PARK: Only 5 min drive 55 Beach Rd. Up Close with meet Koalas at 10:30 and wombats and snakes at 11:30 and 2:30. Visitors can learn about Australian native wildlife in an interactive way - yes, you can cuddle a wombat or hold a snake.

Birdland is the sort of place where childhood beach-side holiday memories are created and while it is a great family friendly place to take the kids, It is also of special interest to all ages - from International visitors to Seniors groups.


SURFING: Beaches are great for body surfing and bogey boards. Surf schools offers beginners lessons right in the area.

SCUBA: The Dive Shop in Batemans Bay offers boat dive trips to popular nearby spots. Winter offers the best vis.

BOWLS: The Malua Bay Bowling club (5min drive) hosts Sunday Sippers; a social barefoot bowls experience for the entire family. It's very thirsty work !!
