The Space:

At the heart of the property is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with modern appliances and plenty of room for everyone. Stacker doors open to the impressive undercover entertaining area, creating an easy flow between indoors and out.



Outside, you'll find one of the home's biggest highlights — the private swimming pool, overlooked by a generous covered entertaining area complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining space, and outdoor fireplace. It's an ideal setup for long lunches, summer evenings by the pool or cosy nights around the fire.



Inside, the living area includes a gas log fireplace for cooler South Coast stays as well as split-system air conditioning.



There's plenty to keep everyone entertained too. The games room includes a pool table, table tennis and games table, making this a great option for families travelling with older children or groups wanting space to spread out.

Although officially located in North Batemans Bay, the home is just across the Clyde River from central Batemans Bay, making it a convenient base for exploring the town and surrounding NSW South Coast.



South Surfside Beach is approximately 1.3km away, while Batemans Bay Marina is around 3.2km from the property. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shopping and the Batemans Bay waterfront are all within a short drive.



Nearby Surfside offers calm coastal surroundings and easy access to the northern side of Batemans Bay, while the bridge provides a quick connection into the Batemans Bay town centre. North Batemans Bay and Surfside form part of the broader Batemans Bay area on the northern side of the Clyde River.



It's a great location for guests wanting to enjoy Batemans Bay without staying right in the middle of town.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for making the most of Batemans Bay and the surrounding South Coast.



From the property it's a short drive across the bridge into central Batemans Bay for shopping, cafés, restaurants and the waterfront. South Surfside Beach is also close by, with plenty of other beaches, waterways and coastal attractions within easy driving distance.

-No pets permitted.

-No parties, events or Schoolies groups.

-Please advise us in advance if either sofa bed will be required so linen can be provided.

-The swimming pool is not separately supervised; children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

-Please respect the residential neighbourhood and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level.
