Blue Haven House (LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION), ‘A Home Away From Home’

First let me thank the guests for this review, as predictable as it is to try to distract from the core issue. If this was not such a serious situation, this review would be the most laughable one I have ever received since 2012, when I started this journey and having hosted countless guests over the years. In order to maintain my very high standards, as is clearly supported by my numerous, happy, past guests, it is imperative that all guests be required to read and adhere to the very clear Terms & Conditions before booking. It is quite apparent that from the time they were broken by the guests, and subsequently questioned about the issue, the perpetrators quickly became the victims of many falsehoods, which can easily be contradicted by my camera footage, which is there for the safety and protection of both hosts and guests alike. Again, for the safety of all persons on property, and on the very first page of my Terms & Conditions, it clearly states that no one other than the stated number of guests are allowed to sleep or otherwise use the rental property, eg, showers, laundry, etc. Breaking this rule can result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. Unfortunately, there are guests who either don’t read before agreeing to the contract or just blatantly disrespect the rules, irrespective of the consequences. This incident brings to light the importance of contracts and the roll it plays in having an enjoyable holiday and overall pleasant experience.

Thank you for such a raving review, much appreciated. Although we are so centrally located, (most will say perfectly located), approximately mid way between Bridgetown and Oistins, opposite the famous Accra Beach (also known as Rockley Beach). As our guests has pointed out, we are nestled in the midst of this busy section of the South Coast with everything within a comfortable distance, but when you come 'home', it is peaceful and quiet. We have been operating since 2012, starting with a high standard of service then and endeavor to maintain that standard with every year that passes. We are here to help and assist in any way we can, and feel especially grateful to those who wish to include us in there stay on our beautiful island of Barbados.
