Boasting ocean views from two bedrooms and the lounge room - each of these rooms open out onto a spacious deck and then step-down into your own personal outdoor relaxation area with a large lawn, undercover dining and a huge 6 burner BBQ. relaxing lounge with 47" LED LCD TV, WIFI and Fetch Box to easily access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Stan, YouTube and more... And a single bedroom with 32" TV with built in DVD player, and where you can enjoy sea views from your bed!

One of the few homes in Lorne with a self-contained, open, flat grassed area overlooking Louttit bay. This lends itself to lounging about and spending time with your friends and family in your own private beach house environment. Great for children and adults alike, with plenty of space to run around and play, the perfect retreat for a young family or group of friends.

BEDS - 2 Queen and 1 single, one bed per bedroom to sleep up to 5 people in comfort.

Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Lorne in Summer, to provide a quiet environment. Lorne Beach Accom is one house back from the beach, nestled in a quiet street in Little Stony Creek valley, with expansive views of Louttit Bay.

A two minute walk, will take you to a lovely beach in North Lorne. A four minute drive and you're in the centre of Lorne.

Or a 20 minute stroll into town to the famous eateries and cafes that Lorne is renowned for and of course the renowned shopping!!

Or immerse yourself in Lorne's magnificent natural surroundings, sparkling surf, forest walks, peaceful yet exhilarating waterfalls - the Otways has it all!!

For three adults the older style accommodation was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the hosts were friendly, supportive and knowledgable, especially when we had concerns about recent storm damage.

Basic accommodation and facilities . Old noisey fridge missing middle shelf. Out-dated smart tv unable to connect to any of our apps on our phone such as Netflix. Old furniture with not much effort by the owners to make the apartment feel welcoming and appealing. Very steep driveway and difficult to walk down and reverse out of. Owners have only paved the top part. Needs a lot of care & maintenance work to give the place some appeal. Basic kitchenware and utensils that you would expect to find in a motel.

We enjoyed our stay in Lorne. The host was very helpful when we had problems with a noisy neighbor in the house next door. The location is fantastic being so close to the beach and Lorne cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Wonderful!

Amazing host

Rob and Theresa are very kind. We had to reschedule due to sickness in the family and notified them the night before the vacation. They arranged to have a chat with Stayz and helped reschedule the stay a week later-- such amazing generosity. Would definitely recommend. The apartment is lovely and close to the beach. Thanks for hosting us.

Excellent spot in a beautiful town

Property was everything we needed and had plenty of space. The outdoor area is great for the kids and it had all the amenities that we needed. Quieter part of Lorne but 2mins by car in to the heart. We easily just chilled out of the house one day!

Apartment convenient to beach and township.

We had 5 stay in the apartment for the weekend, participating in Amyā€™s Gran Fondo bike ride. It was a bit squeezy for 5 but roomy enough for us to cook a meal and eat together. Convenient to the beach and town restaurants and shopping centre. regards Peter

Would definitely stay again

Rob and Theresa were very accommodating, since there wasn't any guests before and after our stay, they allowed for early check-in and gave us some extra time to pack up on checkout day as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and we even had extra blankets. It's walking distance to the beach and we had many long walks. The parking is super steep so a little tricky for me so I just parked on the side of the road. They do mention they only provide the basics (black tea/toilet paper, etc and we ran out on the last day so had to pick up some), so if you have 4 adults like we did, you might want to bring a couple of extra supplies. We had a very nice stay and I would book again if I went back to Lorne. Everywhere was only a 5 min drive. Thank you Rob and Theresa. ā˜ŗļø

Neat & tidy

Clean & well equiped unit with all the holiday gear youā€™d need. Comfortable & relaxing. There didnā€™t seem to any occupants upstairs during our stay which made it really quiet. The driveway is quite steep but manageable as we were there at the end of the summer holidays so not a lot of traffic around when backing out. It was a nice place to relax and explore Lorne from for a few days.

Cosy little apartment in great spot!

Cosy seaside getaway

Very nice but watch out for the driveway

Very clean, comfy and well stocked apartment with a nice backyard and glimpses to the sea. Only negatives are the very steep driveway which makes backing out an adventure every time. And noisy upstairs neighbours could be an issue if it gets busy, you can hear them walking around
