🏡 The House has two bedrooms and comfortably caters for families or small groups:

* Queen-size bed in one bedroom
* Double bed with single bunk above, plus a king single in the second bedroom
* Doonas, blankets and pillows provided

Guests bring their own sheets and towels

Reverse-cycle heating and cooling
Cosy open fireplace for winter stays
Bathroom with shower
Washing machine and outdoor clotheslines

🍳 Everything You Need

The kitchen is equipped for easy family meals with an electric oven, electric frypan, microwave and cooking essentials.

The living area has a flat-screen TV, DVD 

Out front, there’s a small deck with chairs — a lovely sunny spot to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book or simply relax.

Take an enjoyable downhill walk to Anglesea Beach or a short drive to family-friendly Point Roadknight Beach

The Angahook State Forest is also accessible on foot, with beautiful bushland waiting to be explored.

Local shops, supermarket, cafés and eating spots are all within a 2 minute drive.
